I love that they came out with a remaster for this! It actually had in-game changes too not just some slightly up-scaled graphics.

Been waiting for this upgrade and port. Has the Zodiac system in it and the graphics are much better. Brings back fond memories.

This FF is in my top 5 FF's I was excited when it was announced that it was being remastered for PS4 and did not disappoint.

This game is a ton of fun and super deep. There are dozens and dozens of hours of gameplay. You will be hooked!

I played this originally on the PS2, and it was a great game then. But this remaster on the PS4 is even better. I like the Zodiac Job System and the improved graphics. The story is extremely enjoyable and the voice acting is exceptional for the time. I highly recommend this game.

Played the original back on ps2 and now the remake on ps4....absolutely awesome and better everything

I played ff12 when it came out and wasn't a fan of it, but I LOST myself in the remake. The improvements they made to the game did it for me. If you didn't like it give it a try now

I played this when it originally came out on ps2 and immediately took it back. I did not care for the new battle system at all. I was young then, now that I'm older and watched a few other people play. I had to give it another crack. I really like this game overall though a few characters (vaan, penelo) are not needed. The job system is one of the best and battle system (i still don't like) adds a freshness to the series.

The Zodiac Age is a big revamp from the original game. Using the international edition as a base, this version smooths out the license board and allows the player to speed up the game at will, like playing on an emulator. This makes trekking across the land and the normal battles go by much faster, reducing any grinding feeling. A refreshing change for anyone that played the original, and a polished adventurer for newcomers.

First off, the texturing of this game looks AMAZING. Objects, such as clothing, that once looked almost paper-like are now glossier, more 3D in depth and clay-like in texture. There is less of a difference graphic wise when the game goes into a cinema; meaning the game play graphics are more like the cinemas. Since I played the PS2 version so long ago, I can't really comment on how much better the cinemas are. I really do like the game. It was a great first step towards an open world, active battle RPG. I like the Trial Mode. It's great for Gil and LP farming in the beginning of the game. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the Licensing System. It is different than the Original USA version. In The Zodiac version, or the original International version, the board is more limited. In the Original USA version, you could make every character capable of ALL magic and able to use ALL weapons and armor. It made the game so much easier and MORE FUN!

Great collection of classic games for the PlayStation 2. Updated graphics and trophies are nice

FF XII is one of the more underrated Final Fantasy games. It sees the series take its first steps away from traditional turn-based combat with a complex gambit system, which takes time to get used to, but is actually pretty great. The story is dark and complex with a great summoning/final move system. The upgrade to HD gives it a much needed facelift so anyone can enjoy or re-discover this underrated classic.

I had a blast playing the original on PS2 and it's awesome they choose to remaster this game!

I like it a lot more than Final Fantasy 13. Graphic looks a lot better from original version.
