    Caution: If you have the Steam version of FFXIV DO NOT BUY this. Despite what the instructions in the email stated, I was sent a non-Steam key and was unable to redeem or get a refund.

    Do not buy this from bestbuy it does not work. Customer service is from another country that can barely speak english. This product will not work if you try to type the code in. They said they cannot refund my money so I am out of 64 dollars and best buy says I am out of luck

    I’m honestly several expansions behind, but I like to keep my collection ready for when I have time to finally dive in. I expect this to be just as great as the others.

    Do not buy digital services through this retailer. They have absolutely no idea how to handle the situation if a problem arises. Unfortunately I haven't been able to redeem my code since purchase and as of two hours of going through various support mediums to zero success. I'm currently waiting 48 hours for a new code since I finally managed to get through to someone that could at least do something to rectify the situation at hand. It's much more of a headache dealing with them than it is to just directly buy from the associated company. Just save yourself the time and money, buy it from somewhere else.
