I grew up playing Final Fantasy games and this story is along the best in the entire series,it was well worth the wait… It looks amazing on PS5 and the Heptic feedback from the controller is crazy responsive plus the soundtrack is phenomenal. Any true Final Fantasy fan should really enjoy this for years to come

Wow, this game. If you've never been into final fantasy and we're always interested in trying the series but either weren't too big on the Turn based combat or the voice acting. TRY THIS GAME, genuinely one of the best experiences I've had in recent memory it's that good

The deluxe edition was a fantastic purchase, especially for the new TV setup that I had put together. While the game moved towards a more action-oriented RPG, it still keeps that same sense of charm and wonder that the series is known for.

Feels more like final fantasy 13 gameplay wise. Yet the story and characters bring this game to life. Graphically stunning. Possibly the best looking game on PS5 to date. The story and lore really flesh out the best things about the series. Life long fans will appreciate the adult nature.

If I could give Final Fantasy XVI more stars, I would. Easily one of the best FFs. The story is Square Enix's take on Game of Thrones with FF sprinkled on top and it's just too good. Gameplay and especially the Eikon battles are on epic proportions, I'll remember this FF for a long long time!

Having played every FF game to date, i can say the story is fantastic! The action gameplay keeps me engaged and the hunts actually force me to chnage eikons and try different playstyles. Each character is fun to learn about so im kinda sad that your party constantly changes though.

I'm about halfway through the game currently, while some might not care for the action combat the story and fighting in this game is innovative, fun, and approachable. the ability to scale the fighting difficulty is very refreshing compared to the standard dificulty choices we're used to.

Final Fantasy XVI is a new unique experience in the franchise. A dark gripping story with a fantastic cast of characters had me hooked early on. The fast past combat is fun, while it starts off a bit repetitive you’ll unlock more skills to cusomize your abilities to fit a playstyle you enjoy. About 60 hours clocked in as i did every side quest and plan to do New Game+ eventually.

Wonderful spectacle fighter where you play as a young prince named Clive on his quest for revenge against a cruel fate. Combat is akin to Devil May Cry, with a story quality that is of par with other Final Fantasy titles.

I've been gaming over 30+ years, never have I seen such a gorgeous game, extremely polished, awesome music, great acting and story, an epic masterpiece in my opinion.. Play the demo and allow yourself to adjust to the controls, be patient and I promise you, you'll be amazed and happy...

I am really enjoying this game and the quests (MSQ and Side Quests). Yes there are some quests that seem pointless or like "take this here" or "kill this for me", but i actually dont mind them since they all help tell the story about what is going on... I also dont mind the fact there is a lot of cutscenes. This, to me, is like a Final Fantasy movie. This game really isnt for small children as they did give this an M rating for a reason. However, the violence, blood and language and other content isn't there just for the heck of it and it does help tell the story and build the environment. The other issue some may have is that this game is a full action game. You actually have to dodge and counter. You can do combos. You main actuons are physical attack, magic attack dodge and jump. By using these buttons and directional keys you can do some crazy combos (which really only matter for arcade mode scoring). I am really enjoying this game and it is among the best i have played.

KILLER GRAPHICS AND AN AMAZING SOUNDTRACK. I'm not a huve gamer but this game had me hooked! Final Fantasy has alwats been a franchise I dabbled with since middle school and this game has been the only game in my life that I knew I must complete! Totally recommend this game!

Great game to add to the series. The story is well written and gameplay is more in line with Devil May Cry. Overall still a pretty good entry and worth a playthrough. I'm on my second one now with NewGame+.

Amazing story. Amazing gameplay. Fantastic visuals and voice acting. I loved this game. Thwre are a ton of cutscenes which some players might find cumbersome so if you’re someone who doesn’t like story, many you should pass but everyone else, definitely play this!

Gameplay is fantastic in this game! The characters are great and it keeps you immersed from the beginning. The story is really good, but it lacks a little depth. Keeps you wanting more emption. There's no attachment to any character. Love story is weak. End boss is weak. Development of characters is a bit weak too. Not the Final Fantasy signature I remember.

I won’t lie when I say this is probably my GOTY of this year. This game has an amazing story, characters, gameplay, and it’s so cinematic. This is what games these days should strive to be as I could play this game all day and not get tired. Play this game!

As a person who has played every iteration of Final Fantasy, I hsvr to dsy thid gsmr id pretty good. I was engrossed in the story and the battle mechanics took a miinute to get used to, but it turned out to be fun. I reccomentd this game and I know you will have fun.

I've played every Final Fantasy game since the original on the NES. This is the best one since FF XIII. Its miles above 15 in atmosphere, story and gameplay. I've actively went out of the way to do wvery side quest because the combat ia so engaging.

One of the few things to come perfectly intact. I buy games I like to collect personally, games that are important to me, not to sell, so condition matters quite a bit to me as this is one of my only hobbies and I enjoy it. It helps me feel comfy when I am not. Lately ive been struggling finding places that sell games perfectly in mint condition just for myself, and to possibly pass some on to children. Ive always had good experiences with bestbuy in this regard and try to give them as much service as I can, even though my town location has closed. Every game I gave bought from them has come damaged lately and I dont know why. Except this one. Thank God, its been making me sad how many returns iceve been having to make. Amazing game too :)
