Easy to set up with a lot of parental guidance. Must have Amazon kids to use product which is a monthly fee but it’s worth it in the end to keep your little one busy.

Called customer servixe they had provided option of replacement of the accessories (charging adapter). Other than that this is a great device for rough handling of 3 year old kid. They throw it toss it. Device loves the rough handling of the 3 year old. Great device with loads of app.

Now they each have their own and they really enjoy watching movies or playing games on them and they are great !

We only use it for certain times when we are working amd he has to be with us, and so its not his primary thing. Good app selection amd he loves to read along with Bernstein Bears on it

Good enough, but wouldn't recommend

We suffered through it for about a year while our kiddo was 1-2, but then just paid the money and upgraded to an iPad. I will say it was VERY durable, however.
