This device has an expandable storage slot unlike some of the competing products which allows you to purchase additional storage options via a microSD card freeing up much of the storage of this device. In order to keep the device at the aggressive value price it is at while still providing an included kids bumper case, 1 year of Kids+ premium content, and a 2 year worry-free guarantee on the device (something that most of our competitors do not offer) we keep options like additional storage as an option since not everyone needs it. To assist with freeing up RAM space which could be what is slowing down your tablet, you can see if you are running multiple apps in the background by tapping the multitask icon in the lower right of your screen and either swiping up each individual app you are not using or by swiping all the way over and tapping Close All. This may speed up and improve your experience as well. I do hope these tips help address some of the concerns you have and that you are able to enjoy a better experience with your device.
