Posted .Hello Nate! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on the experience you are having with your Kids tablet. I am sorry to hear that it is running slow and out of memory for your daughter. A couple of things you can try to be sure you have the best experience possible with it are as follows: 1.) You can check to see if you have too many running apps in the background taking up processing power by tapping the multitask button in the lower right of the screen. There you can close each individual app or swipe all the way over and tap Close All. This may improve your slowdown issues. 2.) As for the storage space running out, the tablet is able to upgrade the storage capacity by getting a microSD card (sold separately) and insert it in the available slot on the side of the device. 3.) Lastly, I would recommend going to the Settings>Device Options>System Updates to see if you have any pending updates that aren't installed. All of these may assist in improving your daughter's experience some. If all else fails, it also comes with a 2 year worry-free guarantee in the event it is no longer functioning or broken. Not the type of laptop I was looking for. Won’t let me download YouTube on it so she can watch her shows she watches. The kids movies that are on it already, are only 16 minutes long. It may work for some but not really for me.
