If your device is lagging, there may be numerous apps running in the background using up processor power and slowing down your device. You can check this by tapping the Multitask icon in the bottom right of the screen and individually swiping up apps not being used at that moment or by swiping all the way over and tapping Close All. This may improve your experience some.
