This game has similar gameplay to the other fire emblem games. One cool feature, there are certain third-person segments during dungeon exploring. Great game!

For this game being a remake of gaiden that never came to the west I'm am very happy to get it. It changes so many things about the series that makes it feel new and exciting. Characters are wonderful and voice acting phenomenal. It has a very strong story that makes you feel for a lot of the characters. Shadows of valentia is Definetly a great fire emblem game and in my opinion better then fates.

As a huge, life-long Fire Emblem fan, I was a smudge disappointed with the recent installments. But Echoes has that classic feel while still having a beautiful, updated art style. It's very faithful to the mechanics and spirit of Gaiden, so it's quite a bit different than Awakening and Fates. End of the day, it's a great game with a deep story and interesting characters.

Wonderful game. Anyone can pick it up and play it, and it can be massively challenging if you want. Just like the old days.... Except better.

An excellent combination of the classic and modern fire emblem games in one. I highly recommend it, and it was a lot more enjoyable than fates.

As far as Fire Emblems go, I've only been playing since Awakening, but they never cease to amaze. The story and the gameplay were absolute perfection, I did not want it to end. The only thing I would have liked to see was a support system more similar to Awakening, but if it's a remake I understand you don't want to change too much about the game.

This is a remake of the second Fire Emblem game for the Famicom. Since it was only released in Japan, it was nice to be able to get this game remade and released in English. It is fully voiced and has the tactical gameplay we can expect. There were some changes, but if you're a FE fan and love this type of gameplay, this is a must have.

This game does just about everything well. The story, presentation, artwork, and strategic gameplay are all top-notch. While it is quite different from the other Fire Emblem games for 3DS, I still found it to be just as enjoyable. If you have even a slight interest in a good tactical game, you should definitely give this one a shot.

The product itself was in good condition. As for the game, I would say that the storyline is good. The only frustrating part is that there aren't a lot good opportunities for grinding levels, like with the older FE games.

Echos seems to add more of a strategic element to its gamplay by changing some mechanics, and I am enjoying it so far.

WOW! What an excellent remake of a classic game that many likely did not get the chance to play. Highly recommend.

It's nice to see old SRPGs get a remake, especially ones that I have never had the chance to play. I've only played the FE series since Awakening, but it's nice to see Gaiden with the recent series graphics on 3DS. The story and gameplay have been a treat and I haven't really had a reason to put the game down.

A Tactical RPG with an amazing soundtrack and fully VO'ed, a MUST have for anyone who has a Nintendo 3ds.

This is the most recent FE game for the 3DS, and it is a remake of an older FE game. It feels brand new, and is fully voice acted (which is amazing) and focuses mainly on the streamlined combat. If FE: Awakening or Fates was a little to focused on the "social links" for you, then this is your FE game.

Make sure you take your time cause if one of your soldiers die they don’t come back. Excellent game.

Fantastic strategy rpg. Fully english voice acting. Third person dungeon crawling. Must have for srpg fans.

The story is ok, what makes this game great its the gameplay which is addictive and rewarding.
