If you haven't tried out a Fire Emblem game, but have always wanted to, Fire Emblem: Three Houses is an excellent point to start. With a thrilling story and plenty of gameplay you can spread across three different playthroughs, I found myself pouring hours into this game. Would highly recommend for anybody that's a fan of turn-based strategy games.

This game is everything I hoped it would be. First, the gameplay is fantastic. Additionally, there are hundreds of hours of content just waiting to be discovered. That doesn’t even include the DLC that is to come. Simply put, this Fire Emblem is for the fans who have been waiting for the series to evolve and join a new generation of games.

This is the best game ever. The story line is so captivating, the graphics are excellent, and the game requires strategic thinking and planning making it challenging, yet enjoyable! I have already payed the game over multiple times and still continue to play it to find the different story lines. Simply the best game!

This game changes many gameplay staples of the Fire Emblem franchise by updating the mechanics and opportunities for the modern gameplay era. All of the changes are logical steps forward for the evolution of the series. Wonderfully charming characters, a gripping story, intense music, and an engaging experience for gamers!

Fire Emblem continues it's march into modern having, and it keeps improving. There is a lot to like here - both story and gameplay are great. The game gives you multiple options to make it as hard or forgiving as you like, which really opens it to a lot of new players. Definitely worth the purchase.

This collectors edition is beautiful. Everything inside is so well done and is so worth the money if you’re a huge fan of Fire Emblem. The game itself is probably one of the best if not the best Fire Emblem games in the series. If you’re thinking about getting into Fire Emblem now is the best time!

This game is an epic treat and the Season of Warfare Edition is the perfect companion. The art book, music soundtrack, and steelbook really make this collection nice. Wish we could have gotten the pins too but to me those were the least interesting thing.

Big fan of this game. It's like they crammed the social sim parts of Persona into Fire Emblem to great effect. The game is also huge, with three unique campaigns to play through. It is truly an epic effort from Intelligent Systems and worth every penny.

One of the best Fire Emblem games so far where I’m at, also great for people new to the series. The Steelbook is the best official one from Nintendo this far, also has the title on the spine finally! Art book is meaty, much larger than I’d expected.

Probably the best Fire Emblem yet. Everything fans of the series expect and simple enough to bring new comers up to speed. This collector's edition has some cool extras: the art book foremost, and the steelbook is gorgeous.

The Seasons of War edition was fantastic. The calendar mirrors the one in the game but adds holidays in life. The Art Book is also amazing showing off the designs of all the characters. (SPOILERS the show off all the main villains designs and there is also a time skip in the game. What I would have liked to seen was the time skip designs of all the students but the Art book only shows you the time skip designs for the leaders of the three houses.) The look of the steel case is okay in my opinion and the standard case looks better. My only issue with this edition is that the season pass isn’t included but Nintendo doesn’t usually include a season pass in any edition. Overall I love the seasons of warfare edition.

Have not beaten the game yet but a gradual improvement of the series. A bit too easy since the weapon triangle has been dropped. Still think the silent protagonist is a mistake. Some conversations are stilted since your character won't react with a natural response. Graphics are great but the battlefields and conditions need more variety. Lots of content to parse through since it has a simplified Persona school component and three houses to experience since you can only join one per playthrough.

So to start off I have not finished the game, sadly with work I'm too busy to play the game the way I want, as in this is the type of game I sit down and play for hours (like 6-9 in one sitting) because doing a couple minutes to one hour then turning the system off breaks the immersion I get once invested. That being said what I have experienced so far has been too notch. Playing on Hard Classic for my first time through as a veteran player that's been playing fire emblem since Sacred Stones as a kid. I love the difficulty that's provided, every win feels earned and I like how they incorporated the teaching and exploration days into making them relevant to actual combat (not just there for you to pick your favorite guy/girl to romance). Until I reached a high enough professor level to do 2 battles a day the only battles I fought were the story forced ones at the end of the month, so at first I was usually under leveled for the recommended level but I was able to make up for it in the skills and magic learned during teaching. The voice acting is spot on imo, playing with English voices and nobody sounds off, feels genuine. Was surprised and glad to see the game doesn't appear to be censored in any way (it's 2019 I think it's about time we stop worrying about suggestive themes and innuendo and finally get on top of global warming instead) Overall I'm really enjoying the game so far, just wish I had more time in a day to binge this game. Oh and if you're one of the people that spoiled this game for others, you are a terrible person, I've already had some things revealed that I would've loved to learn on my own (not everyone has the time to speed run their way through a game within the first month or two of release, vomit out all the main plot points to people online, then move onto the next game).

Artbook is great, steel case is nice, calendar is waifu-tastic, but the CD could have been better. Who has a CD player anymore? Oh, and the game is great! Play on classic mode like a true hero.

The Seasons of Warfare Edition was extremely well done for a collector's edition. On top of that, it is one of the best Fire Emblem games to date with plenty of options and replayability.
