i had great time of playing the demo at gamestop a while ago. after i got this full game from best buy, i got excited. first two chapters were good, but the story lost focuses, characters got uninterested and gameplay got repetitive. i hoped this game improved so much from the previous emblem warrior game but it disappointed me

If you like fire emblem and dynasty warriors, the game works for you. The camp slows down the pace though.

This games rocks. I didn't care for the regular Three Houses, but this game right off the bat gives us a what if story with 3 unique story modes to play and just tons of content. If you like the characters of 3 house and want to spend more time with them in a different context this is worth it.

It's a nice alternate take on three houses, but if your seeking the more rpg elements steer clear. This game is like all the other warriors games, it's mindless action to get lost in.

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is easily one of, if not the, best Warriors games ever made. An excellent alternate timeline to Fire Emblem Three Houses which manages to be equally compelling to the original, while also not replacing it. The game has 3 distinct stories clocking in at around 30 hours each. A robust roster including almost every playable character from the original, and even a few former NPCs. Every character has a unique mechanic and pool of learned skills that makes them distinct from other characters with the same core moveset. Moveset quality is really high, with every playstyle being completely viable. The addition of RPG and strategy elements from Three Houses adds a great deal of depth to the Warriors formula. It's not just the combat that matters - it's who you use, where you send them, and how your prioritize objectives.

I don't generally care for the Dynasty Warriors/musou type of combat, but this is really good version of it. It leans more heavily on the Fire Emblem part of the game than the Warriors, which makes combat more interesting than the mindless button mashing of the typical Warriors game. Obviously there is still button mashing, but the strategy of FE is definitely an important aspect! And of course, this also gives us an alternate storyline of Three Houses, which I think most fans will greatly enjoy. Highly recommend for Fire Emblem Three Houses fans!

I'm not the biggest Fire Emblem fan, but this game does a terrific job of mixing in elements and details of the series into a much more action/button-mashing experience. It's fun, and has great visuals and characters.

Great for fans of Fire Emblem Three Houses and “Warriors” style games. If you don’t fall into both categories, might be iffy, and if you fall into neither, then you should probably check out the above mentioned games first.

I highly recommend this game, it took me 50 hours to finish just one of the three teams story, the characters speak talk in english instead of japanese, you can choose between casual and classic mode, you start with 3 different difficulties, I went through the game on normal difficulty and on casual mode, I never had trouble finishing any of the battles and never had to worry about any of my partners getting defeated, and one of the best things about the game is that it is a Nintendo Switch exclusive so you don't have to deal with that annoying buzzing the Playstation 4 does when you play any of the Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors games on that system, again I highly recommend this game.
