This is a fantastic series. If you don't already have it, this is a must for scifi fans. The contents are the same as the DVD set released a while ago. The video quality does not appear to be any better than the DVD, but it adds to the grittiness of the series. My case came with a couple of minor cracks in it. That is a bummer, but they are not large enough to go through the hassle of a return.

I have the DVD set, and upgraded to the bluray. Very happy I did! One of my favorite shows, and it looks great on bluray, with lots of special featiutes. Great set!

When wanting to see "Firefly" this was a great opportunity to see it all at one price. When the Wild West meets outer space, you want to be riding in the Firefly.

Firefly is a great series, oddly combining space and Western genres. Great acting and effects. Great series that was cancelled too soon.

Joss Whedon is my master now. A phenomenal sci-fi adventure that was canceled it's prime. Only watch if you want to feel the pain that's familiar to so many of us.

A fitting mantra for this show!! Brilliantly cast, beautifully written and wonderfully acted! An absolute classic!! Joss Whedon at his best, imho!!

This show is beyond awesome saw it 2 years after it was canceled & still angry about it, it was kool of them to make a movie so fans got some closure.

Picked this up on DVD years ago on a friends recommendation. Loved the show and had to have it on Blu Ray. Couldn't beat the price!

I loved this show. I was super late to the party but some convention friends introduced me to it and my god this show is amazing. Must watch... Now!!!

Joss Whedon's "Firefly" was taken off the air far too soon, ending after only 11 of its 14 finished episodes had aired. The "Firefly" series has since been very successful in video compilation sales. But the greatest testimony to the show's popularity can be found in the form of an all-new theatrical-release sequel to the series just two years later, "Serenity".

This show is so watchable because it appeals to more than the usual assortment of sci fi fans by acting more like a western set in the future. In space.

Great series at a great price, if you have not seen this one it pretty much has a sci-fi / western style feeling. I just wish there were more episodes.

Firefly is a great series for those who love Sci-fi along with humor and a touch of western. This is a great set with nice bonus features on Blu-ray.

Bluray set is great with featurettes. Sadly the show only has one half season but all episodes to include the unaired ones are contained in this set.

My son had asked for this series for his birthday and I watched a couple of episodes - good story lines/scripts - good entertainment!

Joss is a genius. I cannot believe this show got cancelled! Shame on anyone who didn't watch it. It was that good! And is a must own on Blu-ray.

Amazon was asking twice as much as Best Buy was when I picked this up. Couldn't pass the opportunity for a great show at an awesome deal.
