This is a best product easy to setup and you can connect to your ring app at well and you can monitor and turn on / off if you need to. So far this is best.

I assume this is a very good product. The only issue is that it only works with Ring. That's unfortunate, because I heard that First Alert products, without necessarily using Ring, are reliable products.

I was very happy to get one that works with my Ring alarm, without having to completely go all in on the Ring specific ones. It was time to replace a couple of the ones I had. Most times, the smoke and carbon monoxide were different devices and costs double what this did. Installation myself was easy, setting it up within my ring app was easy and quick.

Install was very easy and took about 5 minutes for both units. These guys are very loud when tested and there is no way that you can sleep through them. Also they seem to be the right sensitivity as i have burned steaks and other things that would normally set off a super sensitive sensor. I recommend these.

Full disclosure, I bought this to use as a standard Smoke and CO alarm. I am NOT using the smart home functionality (i.e. connecting through Ring). I bought this one anyway since Best Buy was selling it for less than the non "Ring capable" version at my local hardware store. As a standard Smoke and CO alarm, it does what I need it to. I like the ability to swap out batteries as needed so that I don't have to replace the entire unit down the road.

So far, so good. It was easy to install. Really like the side battery drawer, instead of having to remove the unit from the wall to replace batteries in the back side. I just wish it had a green light to tell you that it is on and in working order.

This works as described! It will connect to your home ring alarm system perfectly! Mine had a glitch with some dust while I was doing some work in the house, and it activated. And the Ring home security was calling my house within the second beep of the alarm to make sure of the situation.

This works well with the Ring. Need to have one in all rooms. Easy to install.

Our ADT CO2 sensor stopped working with no way to fix. This one works with Ring. Great value. Trusted brand. Solid construction. Peace of mind.

Bought as a replacement for an expired unit. These work great with my home automation device.

Bought one for my best friend and one for me. works perfect. Remember to install it , so your finger can reach without standing on a chair for safety. You will need to test and reset occasionally when someone burns the toast.

Easy setup with SmartThings. SmartThings will supposedly only alert if there is an 'alarm'. I was hoping that ST would alert of I pressed the 'test' button, but it does not. ST, if you're watching, can you please enable this?!

We bought these for our in-laws who had a name brand nationwide security system that was charging them almost $80 per month. The entire system we bought through ring was around $400. At a mere $100 per year for professional monitoring, this system is a steal and extremely easy to install!
