Works perfectly. No issues with setup and works perfectly with my Ring alarm

They were easy to install. Connecting to Ring was simple and I have professional monitoring so they are covered too. The only downfall is that they do not talk to each other. Since they connect via WiFi this should be a no brainer.

I got this specifically to pair with Ring alarm system. Otherwise my house already has wired Smoke and CO2 sensors but I wanted something that would alert me via Ring when I am not home. The setup was extremely easy and it paired with Ring alarm without any issues.

Glad that they recently added hardwired...setup is a little hit and miss through the app but tough to tell who's to blame for that. Does what it's supposed to once it is successfully setup in the app it does what it's supposed to.

This is a great smart smoke/CO detector. The feature of being connected to Ring is a great way to monitor the status of the alarm. It was easy and straightforward to set up.

Having the ring alarm system for my home and being able to add the first alert smoke and carbon monoxide to alert me anywhere I am away from home was a great feature. I have 2 dogs at home alone all day and now I can rely on them being safer. Easy to install also.

Product os excellent. Staff at two (2) NYC Best Buys were not aware the product was available. I had to repeatedly request a manager's assistance. It seems best to request the manager ror this type of purchase.

First Alert adverstises that their Smoke and CO combo alarm connects with Ring via Z-Wave but the signa strength is so low you need to have a strong WiFi router or extender in the same room where you place the sensor. This isn't a problem Ring EERO wifi extenders but old extenders from Net Gear needed to be in the same room to not have weak connections and result in Ring flagging the sensor as failed.

Luckily have not needed to use yet but I’m glad that I have it connected to ring with connects to my phone and that it’s a double purpose smoke/co

I bought this to replace the smoke detector in my bedroom thinking it would be nice to have it connected to my Smartthings hub. Really, that feature probably isn't worth the added expense. I don't have too much of an issue with it, however, occasionally it will disconnect from the hub seemingly for no reason. It isn't too often, but getting a random alert it disconnect is annoying. It probably wouldn't be so annoying if there was a good reason to have this connected to get alerts to your phone. Maybe if there was a carbon monoxide problem, but I can't see this being too useful if there is a fire. If a fire takes down your network before the alert go out, it won't get to you. Unless you really want the Z-wave functionality, I would recommend saving a few dollars and get a model that doesn't have it.

My elderly parents needed a new Carbon Monoxide Detector and looking at different options, I decided to go with this one, Because it was a Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide detector in one, They don't have any "Smart" devices in their home so I cannot speak to how they work, but they are protected for smoke and Caron Monoxide

Great alarm. Easy to install and clear sound. No complaints so far.

This has saved my house couple of times. This smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector is one of the best with the Ring Alarm system. It picked up smoke right away and ring called me within 10 seconds.
