IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE to use this refrigerator. I bought my apartment from a designer, she built the kitchen around these "luxury" brands 3yr before I bought it. and my nightmare begins, 1st, it broke 1yr after I moved into the apartment, I contacted Fisher Paykel's customer service, and they denied my warranty claim request. because I couldn't provide a purchase receipt, and their certified technician was so busy to come, it took me almost 2MONTH to fix the refrigerator, HELL no, can you imagine how 4 person family lived without a refrigerator for 2monthes? 2nd, it broke again after 2yrs, based on the previous horrible experience fixing it, I decided to replace it with a new one, and no other option can be used to replace this brand because it is an unpopular size, to fit the kitchen cabinet, i have no choice to stick with this exact model. and the delivery is postponed again, it now will take 20 days to ship it to me(in NYC). amazing, it takes this brand 20 days to ship its products to one of the major cities in the United States. I swear to god, I will not ever think about using it next time when i remodel my kitchen, I swear.
