The refrigerator seems nice enough however BestBuy's installers were not able to install this unit. They pushed it in the wall cavity, took a picture and told me I was on my own to complete the install. The water filter is installed outside the unit. BestBuy also sold me a new waterline I didn't need. The plumbing for the water filter includes a line with shark bite fittings. Beware you may be on your own to set this fridge up.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. Ice maker kinda slow.

So far this fridge has lasted more than a year since I purchased it, which is much more than I can say for the LG and GE fridges I had immediately before this. Everything seems to stay at a nice temperature, and the fridge doesn't have too many bells and whistles that can break. It was expensive, but looks nice and works well so far. The interior space is on the smaller side, but I knew that when I purchased it. My only real issues are: the water filter is externally mounted and is complicated to install, and the water dispenser is on the outside of the refrigerator, which can get messy.

This refrigerator seems to work well and to be very good quality so far. It is very nice looking . The biggest issue is that the filter is external. It must be mounted on a wall or in a cabinet. I bought it at Pacific Sales and it was scheduled for install by Best Buy installers. I had no idea about the external filter and neither did the sales Associate. It took 4 installation appointments as the installers had no clue what to do with it. Pacific Sales did make it right, but be aware this is a challenge.

So far we are very happy with the fridge. Mounted the external filter in the basement and ran the included water line up through our old fridge water line path. We like the fact that it only sticks out a little beyond our counters, which helps in our small kitchen. We only have a few small annoyances. First, both doors need to be open to access the crisper/meat/cheese drawers. We also would have liked some dividers or organization in the bottom of the freezer. We'll probably go find something to help tame the frozen items. Overall, it's a nice fridge.

This F&P refrigerator replaced our 20 year old Kitechenaid and we coukd not have asked for anything better. It is quiet, makes enough ice, keeps vegetables fresh for a longer period are just a few of the qualities we have noticed. Our only problem was with the installation. Several of Best Buy technicians could not get the water and ice going. We had to get our own plumber after three weeks of trial. Best buy should train their technicians on the products they sell.

Product is great. The self-closing doors are awesome. Very nice feature for a refrigerator. Also liked the easy-to-use levelers. Installation left much to be desired. Unit comes with icemaker and filtered water dispenser. Installation crew had no idea how to hook it up and said this was the first time they had ever seen this brand. Had to call manufacturer and find a trained technician to come and do the hook up. It is much more complicated than any other water hookup on a refrig. I have ever seen. Not a good idea to offer free installation on an appliance Best Buy technicians were clearly not trained to do.

Looks classy and very efficient in terms of storage. But stopped cooling in less than a month of delivery. The repair is only available after 2 weeks due to covid.

Finally found a refrigerator that fits my unique tight space. Internal layout is very convenient. My sales person, Brianna was exceptional throughout a challenging process. Pacific Kitchen should display this line.

The Fisher & Paykel fridge is great. Wonderful fridge. Looks sharp. The installation of the water line has been difficult. The installation crew has been put 3 times in the past month and still unable to get it hooked up.

The external water filter is a challenge & Best Buy could not do the installation. Perhaps more trouble than it is worth.

I really love the look of the refrigerator. I will have to wait until the final reveal. My cabinetry is not ready, but I can’t wait for the final reveal

i bought this fridge specifically for its looks and for the low depth. this is the cheapest fridge that gives you a depth that is close to built in fridges. Most counter depth juts a lot more. i am super impressed with the fridge. there is enough fridge space. what is reduced is freezer volume but for me that is perfect. very easy to use, quiet. so far happy with the purchase

Amazing fridge. This fridge looks beautiful in the kitchen and works wonderfully. Don't be worried about the external water filter. I have an existing water filter line in my old fridge and was able to hook it up, easy and with no problem. Ice maker has a boost option to make ice faster, and so many other features. This fridge surpassed my expectations! The lighting and space inside was perfect for my family, roomy and have received many compliments on the style.

Bought refrigerator, from beginning problems with door. Eventually, after a year plus of attempted repairs, company replaced door. Then, after year, replacement door failed as well. But company said that 2-year warranty ran from original purchase, and we were around 26 months from original purchase, so even though company replaced defective door with another defective door, they refused to do anything. When it works it is great, but company does not stand behind products when there is a problem.

This product is too complicated to assemble because of the external water filter. Also, the cavity that takes the water filter is made from flimsy plastic causing frequent leaks and expensive replacements.
