Poor service, poor installation and poor response

The final installation is pending and in the meantime the installer runner out outlet with water and Pacific Sales asked us to call the company directly. The customer Service supervisor is not responsive and dodges our calls. Stuck with a damaged unit that is installed incorrectly and damage to our house. Getting an attorney. M

Nothing else on the market compares

For easier access use only the top drawer. For small loads use only one drawer and conserve resources. For small spaces buy only one drawer. This dishwasher is so quiet it's almost inaudible. This is the fifth time I have purchased one over the years. I will never be satisfied with another.

Replacing

We thought it would be cool that you could run small loads - and it is. But the thing is that it doesn't do a very good job of cleaning. It is very inconsistent. It doesn't rinse well sometimes. It is also much more noisy than it is rated for. Also, having small drawers makes it hard to fit big dishes or to do full family-size loads even with both drawers. We are replacing this with something else because this is absolutely terrible and I need a dishwasher that works.

Worst Dishwasher Ever

We barely use it because it does such a bad job. The problem is that it does not have top sprayers. So only the part of the dishes that are facing down get really clean. I have had to run a cycle, turn the dishes over, and run it again. The drying system is useless too, it will dry for hours and when I open it, all the dishes are still wet. Avoid at all costs.
