I bought this unit to replace my existing unit as over time the igniters stoped working. After waiting 6 weeks for my back order cooktop it was installed same day. After an hours of use the back left igniter stopped working. I contacted BB right away and they sent their technician two days later to come check it. The technician verified within minutes the back burner was not working and since I was within 15-days, I was able to receive a new replacement, but was 3 weeks out. After another 3 weeks I finally got the replacement and it was installed same way. Overall I am very pleased with the unit. The amount of heat the burners provide is excellent. The look is nice and clean, I do like how the burner that is on the corresponding knob is illuminated. My only flaw with this new unit compared to the one I bought 10 years ago, the top grill grates are not heavy duty compared to the older unit. They seem very much light duty and would break if dropped. But overall I’m pleased with this unit. I give it 4 stars because the down grade of the grill grates that go over the burners.

Excellent cooktop. I absolutely love everything about it.
