Never heard of the Brand before now. Would recommend it to everyone. We live in a 1926 English Tooter and had a very hard time fitting our kitchen. Victoria at Pacific Sales was very patent and product knowledgeable. We had two other refrigerators come to our house that didn't quite fit. Due to cabinet size, door sizes, other appliances etc.. . So the third one is the Charm and we are very happy now and have very cold food. We are very happy with Fisher & Paykel.

I love my new refrigerator! It is absolutely the quietest, I have to check it to see if it is working. It looks perfect in my small kitchen.

This refrigerator was advertised as having an "ice maker" on the Best Buy website. I received it and it does NOT have an ice maker and it not built to accommodate an ice maker. I spent several hours on the phone and the Geek Squad tried to insult me and say "it has an ice maker" because it has ice trays in the freezer . I was so mad, I should have returned this refrigerator.

Bought in October. Still no refrigerator. Delivery date changed over 5 times!!!!

Because of the supply-chain problems, this arrived many months late (not Best Buy's fault). I came so close to canceling a few times, and I'm glad I did not. This is such a great fridge. It looks amazing — chic, even. It's not large, but packs a lot more space than you'd think. The freezer isn't lit, but the fridge is well-lit. Features, such as the door alarm, are great. And all the shelves are adjustable. It's very quiet and cools quickly. It is also truly fingerprint proof (unless you have greasy fingers).

it's fine. Just a basic refrigerator for the price, but that's the only one I could find that gets trhough my kitchen door. Also i wish the produce drawers could be pulled out separately, so I didn't have to always open both refrigerator doors, using both hands - a design oversight

There is no worse manufacturer than Fisher and Paykel. I beg all potential customers to choose a different brand. My new dishwasher was just a rinser of dishes, it never cleaned anything. After two years and two service calls (the first technician told me it was just a poorly designed product) an F&P technician installed an upgraded computer board for almost $300 and it now works decently. So it WAS poorly designed but I had to pay for it. I have two friends who also regret buying this dishwasher but I can't figure out what's worse - their dishwashers or refrigerators. My fridge stopped working after 2.5 years and I've been waiting more than 4 months for a resolution. I've had 7 service calls so far with three different repair organizations. I just bought a Frigidaire mini fridge last week. Too bad zero stars are not possible. Any option is better than F&P.
