We purchased a fisher-paykel unit 10 years ago for an apartment we refurbished and it was the best ever buy we made. Fast forward to another place we purchased and by far the 20.c unit was far superior than anything on market

I search very long and visited many show rooms to check out Fisher & Paykel lower end counter depth refrigerator. And found only the very high end model are usually in the show room. Luckily I was assured by sales reps that finishes are similar on all models. I have been very pleased with my purchase. I was looking for a clean line design that looks built in at a reasonable cost. Also I did search specifically to find a model that does NOT have an ice maker nor water in the door since I do have a separate water filter source in the kitchen. Also in researching these appliances in general seemed the ice and water filter function in all brands is a big source of repairs and disappointment to reviewers. The inside design is just as beautiful as the outside design with glass shelves and clean and crisp plastic drawers. With the beautiful built in look you do give way to less room for refrigerator and freezer. I think it is completely worth it to have the built in look.

I had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. The freezer is quite small. It does not have an ice maker or water spout in it. In fact, there's really no place for the ice cube trays in the freezer either. It fit beautifully in my kitchen and was a very quiet running refrigerator. The refrigerator space was really nice also.

I am happy with the operation of this fridge. the only down side is that the doors do not hold a US sized plastic gallon jug of milk. It will fit into the door basket, but it floats an inch above the bottom. I love the size, the color, the fact that it does not have water to connect. I searched for a nice fridge without water and found it in this one,

sleek, elegant, simple, overall depth less than the competitors' corresponding counter-depth models. Also very quiet. I like that there is no water/ice hook-up, as I believe that's where most units fail.

I have had this refrigerator for (1) week now. I am so happy with my purchase. This refrigerator is everything I was looking for .....no water dispenser; no ice maker; extremely quiet. So far, this is the best refrigerator I have owned. I previously owned a GE Profile, Samsung and Bosch 800 series. There is no comparison with the Fisher & Paykel. I definitely would recommend it!!

There is beauty to simplicity. This refrigerator has a sleek design without any frills. No ice maker or water dispenser. No smart screen to watch TV or youtube while cooking. No wifi. Without all these frills, less to break down.

I have only had this a few weeks, but so far I have really enjoyed this refrigerator. Had a 23 year old GE Profile counter depth that still worked but was starting to make loud noises. Will be lucky to get even half of that life span for this one according to all reviews on refrigerators made today. But it is beautiful and fits perfectly in my opening. Almost looks like a built in. Lots of space in the upper part, and the freezer actually fits more in than I thought it would. It is very quiet!

Only 2 days since delivery (wasted 3 days because deliverymen could not find my house), but it works. Poor instruction manual - does not show what extra plastic parts are for.

Beautiful refrigerator that fits in my cozy, 1921 Craftsman’s kitchen. Love the design, layout. The dimensions were key for me. Bottom freezer is ideal. Stainless steel shines nicely. My former refrigerator kept me up at night. Getting better sleep these days. Great experience with Best Buy delivery.

So far so good! Love the space and interior design. We bought our first lemon, an LG, then our second lemon, a Samsung, so hopefully this one will not fail after a few years.

This fridge is so sleek and contemporary. I love how it looks on my narrow kitchen. I hate bulky fridges with bulky handles, and this is totally the opposite. I have had it for about 5 months now and so far so good.

the first one that got delivered had dents in the sides from a forklift. So, Pacific Sales said they would replace it which they did. The replacement one makes a horrible rattling noise when running, So hoping that the third time's a charm!!

The new refrigerator is great. Best Buy was very helpful when there was an issue with condition of the time.

Really nice looking refrigerator. Minor damage to the freezer door but return and reorder was easy.

No ice maker. Ice trays are cheap and don’t have a dedicated spot.

Didn't work on arrival. Blows the GFCI circuit in less than a minute.

Temperature control on this unit is terrible. Very difficult to control and huge range from front to back. After opening door for 30 seconds, it takes a long time for the internal temperature to recover. Setting the temperature is a guessing process. We have this unit in a rental property. Certainly will not buy a Fisher Packel refrigerator for our new home.
