Could not get past the first step. Went to the School of YouTube and found others with similar problems. The NetGear web site was no help, either. This scale might make a pretty paperweight. Returned it.

Whether I weigh myself or someone else it just shows guest and puts the info on the wrong fitbit acct/person :/. Other than that it's ok I also noticed in the fitbit acct it puts a different weight than what it reads.
