Purchased this and ended up taking it back after a week. I liked the idea of it because it linked with my Fitbit watch and that links to my WW app but at the end of the day it is just a scale and gives the exact # as the scale i have had 10 years. Not worth the $ IMO

I bought this with the full expectation that Best Buy had it in stock when Amazon did not. And they delivered. They delivered me a scale that after light research showed to have a common factory defect that has no real solution. The scale would not connect to our WiFi and therefore rendered an overpriced scale that would not sync with my Fitbit or the supported app. I tried calling and emailing customer service but either had phones ringing for 10+ minutes at 3 different stores, or I had zero response via email. Next till I’ll just wait till amazon has it in stock.

Aside from being heavy by about 3 lbs and this actually varies from day to day so i can't even compensate, it is also way low to register the fat percentage and also varies from day to day. This is actually my 2nd one i bought since the 1st had the same issue. Actually the 1st one would not connect to my WiFi very well. At least this 2nd one does. However, for the price it should not only be accurate but also show a graph on the display of progress like the competitive scales do. I'll be bringing this back soon and just enter in the data by hand using my much more accurate $30 scale which is an extra 3 minute step for me.

Bought the Aria 2 because I was having sync issues with the Aria 1. Unfortunately I'm having issues with this one as well. 2 different weights are being reported locally on the scale itself and the app(about an 8 lb difference). Started searching around the forums and it seems to be a fairly common occurrence for this scale for a few years. The last post to this forum was last month(Apr '20) so doesn't seem like the issue is being worked on by Fitbit.

Bottom line: I couldn't connect it to my WiFi so it was DOA for me. Not much to say. I spent a couple of hours trying to connect to my WiFi and nothing worked. I found many reports online of the same problem and often even those who were successful at first had problems maintaining a connection. Considering how important that piece is, it's mind-boggling this half-baked device made it into production. I returned it the same day I purchased it.

First Aria died. Only bought it because whole household has five Fitbit devices. Last Aria died way before a scale should and outside of warranty. Bathroom scales should last 10+ years.

I was excited to pair up my Fitbit Ionic with this scale. It took countless tries to get it connected and when it finally succeeded, I discovered how slooooow this device is. I also have difficulty in recognizing me, my wife, and my daughter. I don't recommend this product.

Very hard to setup, an I tried several times to the point of becoming very frustrating until I finally just had to return it. And I was really looking forward to using it with my Fitbit to get into better shape. For whatever reason I couldn’t get it to sink with smartphones.

It is slow at the time of the reading, it misses some times to give you the body fat percent.

Perhaps we need to read the manual, but it will only show body fat percentage occasionally. Haven’t had it long enough to give a fair rating.

Bought on July 25, returnable until Sept 8th. On Sept 17th started displaying weight 100 pounds lower than it should. As of today Sept 29, won't turn on at all. Tried battery replacement and factory reset and just get a big exclamation point which I take to mean is fitbit language for 'f' you.

It only give your weight and BMI (which can be calculated with height and weight). Does not give body fat, muscle, water, etc. Not worth the money. It’s a glorified basic scale.

The scale shows different readings for weight and fat % at 5 min interval. The difference in reading could go up to 4 lb and guess what you can't even return the product after one month of the purchase.

This thing looks great and I'm sure if it could connect and function it would be great. I tried everyway it said and it is a dud. Returning it. Very unhappy about the scale and the extra weight it caused me to gain from the disappointment!

body fat analysis terribly inaccurate. Basically unusable. Went to help pages but nothing I tried seems to fix it and it sounds like this is a very common problem. Waste of money.

Bought this, and as I was getting ready to open it I read some reviews. It sells your data to third party companies, so I returned it.
