I first saw this scale in black at my boss man’s house. I just had to have one as our scale was always leaving us guessing. This work perfectly and it syncs to your phone and to your Fitbit devices wirelessly. We love it so far.

I initially bought one for my wife as birthday gift. She was not thrilled. I received one for Christmas and I love it. Now i don't have to try to keep up with weigh-ins. Everything goes directly to the app on my phone. PERFECT!

The set up for this product was very hard. I had to call the Fitbit help line and after a 30 minute phone call I was able to link to my iPad with my Fitbit watch. It’s pricing is at a high price point.

With regular exercise and healthy diet I lost 15 pounds in the first 6 or 7 weeks of having this scale. This scale helped keep me motivated as I saw daily results that were tracked in the app with zero problems.

I like the fact I can get my stats right on all my mobile devices, it keeps me motivated to loose weight. The design is sleek and is very well built. I have other Fitbit products and it’s very convenient to view all my stats in one app.

So it's a smart scale.... Which means it connects to your computer and their software to give you more info than just how fat you are like my mother's scale. Ours worked for about a year and I don't know if my wife broke it but it started having problems. Which meant we had to get another one. Personally, I think the 10 seconds I have to wait to find out I didn't lose any weight overnight is too long to wait. And I don't think the wife looks at the software on the PC anymore (think she got bored with it). Save your money and buy a regular/disposable scale from Walmart.

We've been using this all year and I am pleased with how accurate this scale is. The only issue that keeps happening is when other people weigh thereselves, it keeps showing up on my Fitbit app.

The week i got this scale my fitbit ionic died. So now without a new fitbit, this is a pretty expensive basic scale. Works with the phone app, but really for people already with mulitple fitbit gear.

Works as advertised. Better than I expected. My wife and I are the only users. The scale recognize both of us. After the inital setup for users, there is no need to wear the fitbit watch weighing..the aria 2 knows. The scale interface nicely with the fitbit app. Plus many third party apps. The scale will keep track of 8 users. If you already have 8 Users, If someone other than the authorized users..The scale will display guest. All I can say.....have fun..and stay healthy.

My last FitBit scale died after three years. I debated on moving to another brand since I now have an apple iwatch. But Best Buy didn’t give me many choices. I stayed with the same brand. So far, so good.

I wanted to get something that would automatically track weigh ins. This scale is easy to setup and use. Now we don't have to worry about logging our weight, the scale and app do it automatically.

Works well. She loves it. Was a birthday gift for mom. Was disappointed that Best Buy didn't offer a warranty because I know my mom will probably have an issue down the road. It was pretty pricey for a scale.

My trainer is synced with my account so she can see everything she needs to and it helps me keep track of progress over periods of time. Love that it also can sense different users for family members.

I have had it for a year and it works flawlessly, never misses a synch. I haven't even replace the battery yet. I wish the Charge 3 and 4 were this error free.

Good technology and accurate within a pound or two. Not recommended for folks over 70+. Have had for many months now with no issues.

The batteries really last a long time and this seems like a very well built scale. The way it connect to your fitbit app makes it so easy to track weight loss in a daily basis!

This has been great to help me track my weight! I remember to get on the scale but forget to write it down or put it in my Fitbit app, and now I don’t have to worry about remembering!

It easily works with the apps on my iPhone. It also has the ability to distinguish between persons. This has been a great help as I continue to maintain an active lifestyle.

This was SOOOO much easier to set up versus my first Fitbit Aria. I also like the way that it always seems to update/upload quicker/faster than the first version.
