Not the best scale

Even though it sync via Bluetooth Fitbit still seems to have trouble making their scale communicate and interact with its app. After using it for a while I have started using it as a dumb scale and not bothered to try and get it to sync with the app. I will never buy another smart scale from Fitbit. If i am ever going to consider buying another one they have to fix the unreliable sync issues and easier way to set it up.

Directions are pathetic! Why are companies getting rid of printed instructions. It’s a waste of my time trying to find the instructions on the internet.

GOOD but I need assitance on iPhone connection
