I decided to get an official fitbit replacement rather than something else and am glad I did. I was able to purchase an "open box" item in excellent condition and it works perfectly.

Dedicated queue for online purchases

My only gripe is they did not have a dedicated line for picking up an item you already paid for. Wish I knew that ahead of time so I could have managed my time more efficiently.
