Heart rate and sleep monitor work great

Bought it to measure heart rate variability as well as heart rate while exercising. Works well with graphs of heart rate and calorie burn over exercise period. Automatically sees walking exercise and bicycling.

All in One Watch

This fitbit is the best choice. I gave one to my mother who monitors her 10k daily steps, heart rate and sleep monitor rate. I recommend this watch as the size is not that big and not that small.

It has a very long battery life. I also love the band it fits snug around my small wrist. The touch screen can be a little sketchy sometimes the screen is not responsive when you touch it so you have touch it repeatedly to go in the direction you want it to go.

It does exactly what I need it to do and it connects to my fitness pal app. I use premium for the workouts and extra metrics. I got this one for my boyfriend because he asked to borrow mine for a quick run and I say, no way! Lol
