Extra band missing

It was missing the extra band and I'm getting the runaround about getting another one. That's messed up

1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
2. Tap the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.

Its alright but not for me

With a fitbit you can see alot with one glance and no need to swipe or tap to get to an app or view steps etc

I bought it as a replacement of one I had before. The price was great, exactly what I paid for the one I had 2 years ago. It’s more stylish than the one I previously owned.

Inspire 3 Tracker

I had to go to Best Buy Geek Squad to get help setting up and pairing with my phone. Still learning and it is already asking me to pay for certain subscriptions.

I know space is limited but it’ll be nice to label what each icon represents. The state of the battery charge is not easily visible. I am sure the tech savvy folks will find it a breeze but for the not-so-tech people, especially senior citizens this could have been made a little more friendly. Even now I doubt if I am using the instrument to its fullest potential due to lack of guidance
