The watch time is supposed to show when you just twist your wrist toward you and it doesn’t. Occasionally, when I am trying to get the time or steps it goes places I don’t want.

It was great until Google got involved.

Google charged me the premium service, a week later sent an update that shut the Fitbit down. It would no longer sync with my phone, or turn on. Customer service said they see I had done the update, but couldn't fix the Fitbit. I asked that my premium membership charge be refunded. Google claimed I was past my 24 hour time to to cancel, or get a refund. Zero stars.

Great value

I had an Inspire 2 and the 3 is a nice upgrade for the same retail.

Stopped working @10 months. Difficult to return.

Fitbit makes it very difficult to return. There is no way to get warranty service online. Chat is useless. Phone customer service is offshore and appears to have instructions to stall (after failing to charge and turn on with two different chargers, I was instructed to leave it plugged in to the USB on my computer for 1 hour before I could get a case number or initiate a return). It is a cheap, basic fitness tracker. It should work, or it should be replaced quickly with another cheap, basic fitness tracker.

That being said it feels like google is running Fitbit into the ground with every update. If youre looking for a real watch save for a galaxy, or even a Google watch.

Band disappointment

Otherwise the Inspire 3 isn't much different that my Inspire 2. Which I had purchased several different bands to wear.
