FITBIT short durability

Bought in March and it stopped working in July. It will not charge. For a product that cost close to $100 I would expect more. Currently working on getting it fixed or replaced as it has 1 year warranty. Maybe the second one will last longer. Should have just bought my wife a Samsung galaxy watch.

Faulty device

I did a factory reset and it worked for a week more. Now it is not connecting properly. Was going to buy one for my wife, but wont buy this junk. I am not in the country now, so not sure if Bestbuy will exchange it when I return.

Wife is Disappointed

The replaced one still does not pick up her sleep pattern and only records from the last time she gets up, even for a very short time at night. Spent hours on the phone with the support people to no avail.

Terrible battery life

No Good Fitbit

Stoped keeping the proper time about a month ago and now it doesn't keep track of any of my health statstics. Maybe I just got a bad one. I hope I can get my money back.
