I returned cause I also have an Apple Watch Series 3. This fit bit didn’t nothing special really. I also had a hard time with the heart rate. It worked the first few days but then stopped reading heart rate.

Battery lasts only 4 days. Does not sync with iPhones. There’s a ton of third party apps that are supposed to allow it to sync with iPhones, but FitBit doesn’t work with them anymore, so they don’t work and just make up hourly data.

It shouldn't be this hard to look at your watch to see what time it is.

Bought this watch Feb 14 and now in less than 6 weeks the watch will no longer sync with FitBit web site or app on Android phone. FitBit has tried to trouble shoot problem but nothing works. Also the watch no longer tracks my sleep or days exercised despite adding exercises several times a day for 6 days out of 7. Watch says worked out 1 day this past wk. I'm very disgusted with watch

    Sleep monitor doesn’t work

Sleep monitor is a scam - I have problems staying asleep, and one evening I was up pretty much all night (maybe 1.5 hours of sleep) - and this said I had one of the best nights sleep around 8+ hours. Step tracker works fine, but pretty much exactly same as my iPhone - so no need to wear this all the time. Wouldn’t recommend.

      Hi, MabookAirMan.

We're sorry to hear about your Inspire 3's sleep tracking issue.

We have troubleshooting steps that may help improve how your tracker detects your sleep:

      1. Restart the device: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
      2. Confirm that the device is snug on your wrist before sleeping (the green lights shouldn't be visible)
      3. Try sleeping with the device on your non-dominant hand.

But if the issue persists, please contact us so we can help you in finding a better resolution. You can reach our help page here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support

    Terrible Purchase

I bought this November 10th and currently on February 7th it doesn't do many of the major functions anymore. It refuses to update or sync to the app and won't monitor my sleep. All it does now is count my steps give me the hourly reminder to move. I've tried going to the website (which constantly kicks me out) and resetting it and my phone and nothing works.

Hi there, KathyF. We hear your concerns with wanting the Inspire 3 to be more consistent with sleep tracking— here’s some troubleshooting to get your device running optimally:

      1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
      2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
      3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

    Fitbit inspire 3

The Fitbit Inspire 3 is a lightweight, comfortable fitness tracker with an excellent 10-day battery life and a bright AMOLED display. It reliably tracks steps, heart rate, sleep, stress, and workouts. However, it lacks built-in GPS, has a small screen, and some advanced features require a Fitbit Premium subscription. Overall, it’s a great value for casual fitness tracking.

While it has options and is interactive, it does not maintain contact with the skin even though I tried many positions on my arm. The intermittent contact makes the heart rate during exercise erratic. This impacts every other metric it’s measuring (makes it worse). It doesn’t consistently measure calories, heart rate zone activity, etc.

The Fitbit did not accurately record all steps. The faster you walk the further behind it gets. I followed all the recommended steps on the Fitbit Technical support pages to get the correct count but it never changed the results.

Takes about 8 tries every. single. time. to sync data with app (and yes, I’ve already gone through their lousy troubleshooting tips dozens of times). Touchscreen is also garbage and only works 50% of the time.

This is the second fitbit I've had in a 6 month period. Both screens stopped working. It's too bad because I love the fitbit app and device. Feel lost without it. Getting tired of replacing them.
