It was a present for my wife and we were told that it would work well with my wife's i-phone. The main thing she wanted ws to be able to count her steps for the day. It wouldn't do it and it was difficult to get functioning. We took it back.

I didn’t like how high it set up on my wrist, it felt weird. Also the battery that is supposed to last up to 5 days, was at 33% after a 24 hour period and was not set to automatically sync to my phone. I was disappointed and exchanged for the Charge 3.

Followed their directions on how to get accurate heart rate but still had problems. Very accurate if you're sitting around or just walking, but when I lift the heart rate was either way under or way over.

I ended up returning this because it would count steps every time I drove somewhere and I constantly met step goals DRIVING to work. Other than that it was a cute watch but I ended up getting the Apple Watch instead.

It does give you steps, heart rate, miles, minutes, etc. but the battery life is not as good as my Alta and it’s difficult to scroll through the information. Had I known these, I would not have purchased it.

Not a great first impression. Gave it two stars instead of one because Fitbit was good about trying to solve the problem for me and I liked the look and feel of this tracker.

Fitbit Inspire HR is NOT a Best Buy!

Until now, I have had excellent results with my Best Buy purchases. I recently purchased a Fitbit Inspire HR in store. After multiple attempts, it will not set up. Fitbit’s “Customer Service” consists of a chat room. It is useless. Contacting Best Buy will work only if you have an hour to spend on hold. Due to the pandemic, I cannot return it to the store for an undermined length of time. Basically, I have spent $99.99 for a useless product. DO NOT BUY the Fitbit Inspire HR unless you can afford to lose your money!

Unhappy with this Fitbit. Print too small and I have to tap several times to light up. I had the altra before and loved it. Very disappointed in the inspire HR

The sleep tracker stopped working so I contacted Fitbit to get a replacement. They kept giving me the same troubleshooting instructions only to have it still not work and now it is past return policy. I would not recommend this product or their customer service. I’m now out the money I paid for it only to have it work for 1 month.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My Fitbit Inspire HR no longer works!! I've only been using it since June of 2019. It always had issues syncing w/app & recording accurate stats. After the touch screen froze up several times in past 6 months it would began working again, to now: touch screen won't scroll or record my steps at all! Won't connect via Bluetooth to app any longer either. SO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! IT WILL JUST STOP WORKING IN 6 MONTHS OR LESS.
