Bought as an upgrade to the Charge 2 because I wanted something for swimming tracking, was hoping to have a nice alternative to the pricier Charge 3 as well as liking the slimmer design. After a couple days I was just annoyed and done. It constantly turns on and drains the battery, it won't stay synced for accurate tracking, the interface is just weird and not as user friendly in my opinion as the Charge2 I had. The physical design of the slimmer screen makes less sense when you realize that they have to make it THICKER to fit all the bits in and the bump this makes on the underside prevented it from moving. Which sounds like a good thing, but it basically suffocated the skin and caused a raw spot. Not worth the effort to keep fighting with it. Luckily I'm within the ridiculously short return period BestBuy allows and will be taking it back in the morning.

    Heart Rate won’t work.

Bought the Inspire HR to track heart rate while working out. It freezes up during every work out. Will say 98 bpm for 5 minutes, then jump to 170 for 5 minutes and stay there. Letters and heart go grey and stop working. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the sleep mode works great. But I will be returning and getting an Apple Watch that will be accurate. Called Fitbit customer service 3 separate times and they had no idea how to fix it and never responded by email like they said. Useless customer service.

This Fitbit Inspire has done just that, inspired me to get up and move! I love waking up in the morning to a review of my sleep cycle but...I'm also waking up to almost a zero battery & having to charge it during the day. I've read reviews, helpful hints, etc. that said to turn off certain options & notifications to save on battery life but that hasn't helped. Today I will return it and hopefully I'll have better luck with another model or brand. Other than the battery I really love this Inspire...

I purchased this for my wife and she loved it, Then about 2 weeks later she said that the tracker vibrated and went dead. I thought it just needed a charge, well after contacting Fitbit and about almost an hour on the chat line the tech said that it was defective and to bring it back. I did and then we purchased a Charge 3. I should have read the reviews more closely for the Inspire. So now I hope this one lasts longer, Time will tell

Very disappointed with my purchase. Fit bit says it holds a charge up to 5 days, more like 2. Also claims to auto recognize activity of 15 min or more. I can do 30-45 minutes of cardio and it still won’t recognize activity therefore at the end of my week my dashboard shows no exercise. It will however track my road trips as swimming!?!

This tracker is great for measuring heart rate and sleep pattern. However, it is terrible at measuring step count - which is the primary purpose. I am still trying to figure out how I walked 60-80 steps while sleeping. I am so disappointed with this tracker

I didn’t like how high it set up on my wrist, it felt weird. Also the battery that is supposed to last up to 5 days, was at 33% after a 24 hour period and was not set to automatically sync to my phone. I was disappointed and exchanged for the Charge 3.

My daughter has had her Fitbit for 45 days and it has stopped working. Doesn't charge, black screen, vibrates every 15-30 seconds. Smily face comes on. Cannot return to best by as only had 30 days. Boring with Fitbit to get resolved.

I bought this to track steps, but the tracker would track steps even if I wasn't moving, especially in the car. I tried adjusting settings, but it didn't help much. This item wasn't a good pick for me personally.

It does give you steps, heart rate, miles, minutes, etc. but the battery life is not as good as my Alta and it’s difficult to scroll through the information. Had I known these, I would not have purchased it.

The stopwatch has a mind of its own and turns on and off at will. Drives me crazy. Another problem is the screen cannot be read in bright sunshine. I live in AZ and half the time I can't tell what time it is.

This watch is way to small. It seems like it would be for a petite lady. The screen is so small it was hard to read.
