I have been using this product for several weeks. I am showing some improvement in resting heart rate (79 down to 73), I am averaging 4 miles a day walking but had 12 mile days for the three days I was in New York City last week. I have increased sleep (up from 5 hr 10 min to 6 hr 30 min) and I am using some of the heart reading to take 12.5 mg of Metoprolol. The fitbit thinks I have suddenly decided to do some exercise when I have actually had a sudden increase in the heart rate. It is not AFib (at least the cardiologist does not think it is). It is a reaction to an ablation of a second conduction path through the AV junction. When fatigued, I suddenly will have heart rates of 105 to 115 (a sudden increase of about 25 beats) … fitbit starts congratulating me for getting my heart in the fat burn range … this is my cue to rest and take Metoprolol if it continues for a significant period.

This is a great watch for those who want to track fitness without an advanced user interface. Display is in Black & White, and only scrolls down. This watch tracks all important fitness categories like Heart Rate, Steps, Sleep, etc. My only major complaint was that while the watch received notifications from my phone, they were not kept til they were cleared. There is a time limit for when you need to view them before they disapper and you must check your phone. The lack of ability to find your phone or vice versa is down grade, in my opinion, from my original samsung watch... that's common to all fitbits though But! The price is great, and the battery life is at least 5 days. Overall, this watch was well worth the money.

My fiance and I both got Fitbit Inspires to help us with our fitness journeys. They're easy to set up, lightweight on the wrist, and worry-free since they're waterproof. The only issue I have with it is sometimes the face doesn't light up when I turn my wrist, which is supposed to happen. Also, sometimes when I'm scrolling through menus, the face will just turn off, which can be frustrating. All in all, it tracks steps fairly accurately, the app is great and has more features than I would've expected, and really helps me to see the trends of my eating habits/exercise habits vs weight loss. I paired this with the Aria scale and like them both very much!

I love this Fit Bit. It's a little bit thinner than the Amazon Brands, which I love. I chose to go smaller instead of getting the Charge HR or Versa because I wanted something minimal for working out at the gym. I noticed the watch face and additional features drain the battery faster depending on what you program it to keep track of. It's a little difficult to start and stop an exercise; that's been my only challenge. The battery lasts up to 3-4 days as promised if it's not syncing all the time. I've worn it in the swimming pool, washed dishes, and given cat/dog baths with it. So far it's been an overall great experience. No glitches yet.

This is definitely not a smart watch, it is a fitness tracker and that is that. I was downgrading from the galaxy watch active because of samsungs failure to launch the bp feature on time for phones less than an s9, so it was a big down grade. my immediate feeling was that it felt plasticky, but at this point I still love it. it took a little while for it to become comfortable (the bump on the back takes getting used to) but at this point I can wear this comfortably day and night. if you want to receive text messages keep looking, but if you want a fitness tracker this is perfect and reasonably priced.

It helps me to keep track of my daily steps, lets me track my sleeping habits and keeps my daily weight log. The other thing that I like is that I can log in online or on my phone to read my stats. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't show me the time unless I hit the button to show the information on the clock face. It used to show the time when I turned my wrist towards me but it doesn't do that anymore. Also, if you're out in the sun, you can't read the time as the screen is too dark. Other than that, I'm very happy with this Fitbit.

I used to have an Apple Watch, but wasn’t a fan of the size on my small wrist (or cost). I really like this activity tracker because it still has the benefit of receiving notifications from my phone while being much more comfortable to wear all day and during any activity, and of course tracks my health stats. Battery life is great, charges quickly but the cord is obnoxiously short. While still decently pricy, I think this is much more reasonable than full blown smart watches on the market.

This is the Fitbit I was looking for! It tracks heart rate during cardio despite profuse sweating - other wrist trackers I've tried stopped working 10 minutes into my workout. I love the sleep tracking feature and reminders to move. The Fitbit Inspire has helped my desire to improve my fitness. It's quick and easy to track daily progress through your smart phone sync. The only negative is that the display can be difficult to read during the day - the numbers could be larger and definitely brighter.

The first two Fitbits I bought were defective as they froze after a couple of days and wouldn't reset. I even had the BB rep try to fix it but to no avail. I really like the whole concept so gave it another shot and this time it's been great! Really keeps me aware of active and inactive times to keep me moving, my weight loss accomplishments, and makes me aware of everything I put in my body with its food and calorie tracker. Getting into shape is a good feeling.

Overall I'm happy with it. It's not perfectly accurate when counting steps, but I understand it's an approximation. I like the reminder to move every hour because sometimes time flies by while working. It doesn't always capture the amount of time that I have been exercising. I love the capability to keep track of what I eat every day because it makes me aware of my choices and forces me to think. I recommend it as long as people are aware that this is an information tool. Information is power. :-)

It is a nice device. The reason for a four is because I am learning all that it offers. I got myself a gym membership and this device tracks everything that I do. At night it tracks my sleep, I get to see a graph showing my different stages of sleep. It connects with an app to the gym and my computer. This is where you read the results of the Fitbit. It is amazing! My niece helped me get started with this. I have no clue about this technology...so she was a big help.

I finally decided to buy a Fitbit because this one had all of the features I wanted besides a stand alone GPS for a fair price. I like the lavender color. The display also has a purple color too. So be warned if you plan on changing bands that it's not straight black. Nice size. Comfortable to wear. Has a watch like strap buckle HR works well. No problems syncing. Charger is magnetic.

Fitbit - Inspire HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate is smaller and less expensive than the Fitbit. Since my goal is to become a more active senior, I didn't see the need for the additional features of the Fitbit Charge 3 nor the additional $50 cost. The Inspire more than serves my purpose, is easy to read, tracks what's important to me and reminds me if I have not moved according to my schedule. The battery, however, does not last more than 3 days. Good product for the money.

This is smaller than my Alta, yet does more.. like notifications for one. My one issue is that currently fitbit won't supply a clip so if one prefers it not be on ones wrist, the clip option would be available. I love my watches and many a time don't want a "band" on each arm. The base (non-hr) has it, but it is a slightly different size. AND, FB removed the "on clip" option for the HR. Still, I'd buy it again.

I had the Fitbit Alta. I received this as a gift to replace the Alta. I like the HR feature, the sleep analyzer, but do not like the magnetic charger. Instead of clipping on the tracker, it is a magnetic cradle. It is not strong enough to hold tightly and the charging cord is too short. I bet these are improved in the future, so wait for the upgrade. I do like the display screen as it is easier to read.

Husband has anxiety and high heart rate during anxious times...on meds but constantly taking pulse...measuring beats for signs of increase...now he just taps the Inspire HR on the heart symbol and he can see his heart rate immediately...creates a daily chart for tracking on phone app...he loves it...he feels better just having access so quickly...great resource for him!

My wife uses it every day. Its charge lasts forever! The details it gives about your sleep habits is awesome. Only complaint is its inconsistency in measuring steps. It takes too much movement of the arm for it to register a step, and this has caused entire workouts to not get documented. Oh well, no biggie. More are movement has been working just fine.

Make sure you wear it in the suggested position when you sleep with it so that your sleep data is accurate. I really like it. Waterproof features are awesome. It feels like the battery doesn’t last as long as it says it does but it still lasts like 3 days. Make sure you take it off every once in a while otherwise you will break out a bit under the band.

While I love this product there are certain things I don't like. I love tracking my water intake. It also lets you track how long you sleep. What I don't like about this is the way it tracks both your step count and your calories burned. When I get up in the morning before I'm even out of bed it says I've walked 400+ steps and burned over 500 calories.

Reviewed several trackers for months and decided on this one. This is easy to set up and read. My intent was for losing weight and monitoring accomplishments. I have used it for not quite a month but I do like it. The down side is seeing the face clearly in sun when I'm outside, but that's minor compared to the pluses.
