The Sense 2 had all of the features that I wanted in a smartwatch. I liked that it monitors AFib and it has proven itself to be quite accurate when detecting AFib. I have no complaints other than it does scratch easily and the screens are not replaceable so I would highly recommend the film covers for the screens. I did knock off one star because the screens do get damaged easily and are not covered by the warranty.

Purchased this as an introductory smart watch for my mom to follow the basics, steps, sleep, etc. She loves it.

I appreciate the real-time updates on my heart rate while I am exercising or just sitting at my desk.

Need to charge this one more frequently compared to my other Fitbit with less functions. This was purchased for the heart test feature. Do appreciate the hands on test-battery life is too short. The plastic band also uncomfortable at times. Looked at other bands, they look plastic also. Will look on the website in the future for cloth or leather bands. Please make me happier with less plastic/latex bands

This device pairs well with my phone, and I feel like it keeps accurate information. I love how it notifies me of texts, calls, and allows me to set timers. Overall very pleased with this product.

Not sure if I liked it returned it because my boyfriend bought it for me and I did not like the gray band and gray face

Worked great it accurately tracked needed information and the app was easy to use, the battery would last the entire week and be charged super fast.

Bought for my favorite wife as the third or fourth replacement Fitbit device. We both love them. Personnel at Best Buy was, as usual, knowledgeable, and jelpfule. Well done!

Great watch! I like the metrics it measures and tracking different exercises. Relatively pretty comfortable band, size, and weight. Decent battery life. I can easily go for days without charging. The only con is some info doesn't load sometimes, like the weather, sleep, and readiness score, unless you go to the app and sync to the watch. This is a bit inconvenient.

Nice upgrade from the sense2. Look and usability is better, battery life seems.better as well. Get a different watch band, i dont like the ones that come with it.

Love it! I band makes my wrist sweat, so I bought one that had holes to prevent it. The watch is the best fitness watch I have had.
