This is my Fourth Fitbit. This is definitely better than the first Fitbit since generation. As I've had nothing but issues with it. However, there has been nothing special added to this model besides the button on its side. I find the customer service for Fitbit has decrease since it was merged with Google. Therefore the review. I'm a big fan of google however I think they need to take some priorities in making a better product for its consumers.

Love it!! I love the look ! I wear it 24 hours a day and it retains its charge. I have only needed to charge this once a week!! It does everything my old apple watch did but better!!

I have issues with the sync and the display does not work properly. Clock face does not show any numbers or alphabets. It is annoying to keep resetting the device when this happens. Started noticing scratches around the screen within a month. I never had any issues with versa and Alta. Very disappointing. Customer care is not great either.

I bought this was a little over a year ago. When i bought i didn't purchase the warranty right away because i wanted to make sure i would keep it. I forgot to go back for warranty that you only have 15 after to purchase and not 30 days like most other businesses. So at this point, I hoped for the best. As of today, it is not working. I noticed when I tried charging it and it wouldn't take the charge. One if the metal pieces on back that reads came off and I didnt realize it. I can't even get a refund or exchange due to the fact I didn't purchase the warranty. I should've did like my fiance did and purchased one from Amazon for alot less. The one he purchased works better and was a least 150 dollars less. I paid over 250 for this to malfunction after a year. What a rip-off. I wouldn't recommend this brand or store for it. Their return policy is trash if you don't have warranty. Now I have to spend more money for another watch. I'm very disappointed with this.

Don't buy open box!!!

In about 15 days it no longer worked and after having to go to the store because the app would not allow me to do the replacement option I get there to find out because it was an open box deal in "excellent" condition The only thing I can do is replace it with another open box but instead was offered one in fair condition. Even with total member rewards I was told they can only send it out if they're able to fix it great, if not then the only other option is to be refunded but they will not replace it with a new one.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I've been extremely happy with my purchase so far. Charge lasts a decent amount of time, and charges quickly when it does need charged. My only complaint is that I can't use it without my phone nearby, or to stream my music while working out forcing me to hold another device during workout. That's a design flaw tho, not a purchase issue!

I love this watch! I had the Charge before and I upgraded to this one. I don’t notice it’s there and it’s very accurate.

Great fitness tracking and heartbeat monitor. Helpful for knowing when I have AFib too. The only thing I can complain about is battery life is pretty bad, maybe 3 days at most even with dim and light vibration setting.
