My 5th Fitbit. Both spouse and I have Sense 2. Better than Apple Watch, because exercise Data presents in Real Time unlike more expensive Apple which updates randomly!

My cardiologist recommended my getting a watch that monitored for AFIB and recorded an EKG. I was using an Inspire 3 at the time. I bought the Sense 2 and much prefer the Inspire’s response. The Sense2 is work. Sometimes it responds and sometimes it doesn’t. I wish I’d chosen a different watch.

I purchased this for my granddaughter and she's been very pleased so far. Shipping was delayed three times but it wasn't Best Buy's fault. It was FedEx.

I love my Fitbit Sense 2. It was an affordable option for a fitness tracker with just the right number of bells and whistles without getting too complicated.

Works very well the only draw back is the band is not very secure and falls off my wrist when I’m sleeping. Other than that it’s fine

I'm so disappointed in the Sense 2. I got it to replace my Versa 2. My Versa worked much easier and seemed to have more features than the new and more expensive Sense 2. No way to control music on it and I can't seem to get notifications to show up anymore. It had some sort of "freak out" when I had it about a week and it reset itself. It can't seem to read my oxygen levels and I can't change the clock face--it tells me my internet connection isn't good enough. We have high speed business internet in our home--everything else works fine. I also think it's ridiculous that you have to pay for premium features. Shouldn't they just be part of the $300 watch?? I'm wondering when/if the Google maps feature will finally show up. Overall, I'm very underwhelmed by this watch and wish I would have just gotten something else. My battery life is phenomenal--but I think that's because my watch isn't giving me notifications and doing other features. *sigh*

I bought this for my wife as she is trying to keep up with her steps during the dat in order to stay in better shape. She has a small wrist so it seems a little uncomfortable but she said that's not the watches fault.

Not an upgrade from last model, not a smartwatch

This is being marketed as Fitbit’s most expensive (and thus feature packed) smartwatch in their line. It is *priced* as a smartwatch. I bought it for the upgrade only to find out it’s been downgraded from the sense 1 as far as available features, and actually has fewer smart features than the other/older fitness trackers in their line. Pro tip: you put the most features in the new model of your most expensive smartwatch to reward customers for shelling out the big bucks. Not less. Buy the fitness trackers in their line instead or the older version of the sense. They have more smartwatch features. This has no “smart” third party apps whatsoever. None. No Spotify. Can’t control music. No calendar. Can’t see your day. No maps app. Can’t navigate without getting out your phone. All other smartwatches priced at this point have these things. The on wrist calling does not work (another feature that is typical of smart watches vs fitness trackers). But people were roped in with the promise it would be there. No one at Fitbit can tell me anything about when they will activate it. No date. Nothing. No wifi. The list goes on. The company should be ashamed. They will lose loyal customers over this. They have put the fewest smart features in the most expensive model in their line, and also made the watch 100% less "smart" and feature packed the older version of the same model. It is a downgrade. It’s deceptive.
