Worthless product with inaccurate heart rate monit

This watch is nothing but a gimmick. I got cancer and got this watch too monitor my health and it is so far off it's just a child's toy. It is nowhere accurate at all. It's a complete waste of money!

Battery drainer

The app does not work with any 3rd party service already, and it still drains a lot of battery. Many detailed datas are only available with monthly subscription.

Not worth the upgrade

I got it set up and used it for about 10 minutes and decided that it was not for me. I returned it and went back to my original Sense. They messed up when they removed all of the 3rd party apps that I actually use on my current Sense. Swiping right now only gives you stats and you are limited to a few apps. If you have never had a Sense and truly only want fitness info, this is the watch for you. If you like the "smart" options to the Sense, stick with the original Sense. You will not like the "upgrade."

Not too happy

I bought this for my mom deaf mom, in hopes to communicate with her via text; however, the I am constantly having to disconnect the watch and reconnect because she does not receive the notifications. I thought I was upgraded her from a the fitbit. Not a great "upgrade".

Doesnt work with spotify

No real warranty

After a few months the battery only last one day. I don’t use any features like messages or anything related to the phone. Only thing I use is the time, my sleep, heart rate and oxygen. I contacted Fitbit support and they said that features drain the battery so denied the help. If the manual said that feature could drain the battery you are not covered. It has no sense because it’s been months using the same features and the battery was ok. I didn’t even use anything of the regular features. The call center it’s been a nightmare they only read the manual to you and said good luck. My heart rate sensor is not working and they told me is normal and I need to reset the watch which I already did but they keep saying this! After having garming omg I missed them. The support was amazing compared to this. Of course I will never buy Fitbit again it feels like a real scam to me
