Great watch. Battery life is excellent lasts several days before needing a charge.

Great watch, only issue is that the heart rate monitor is not as sensitive as I would have hoped. When I look at the watch it takes a few seconds for the heart rate to pop up and I don’t get as many “active minutes” logged with the same activity level as I did with my charge 2. Can be kind of frustrating.

Love my watch and how easily I was able to get it at the store. Purchased on line and picked up at the store next day!!! Thank you

I have enjoyed using this product. For what I use it, it gives me the information I need. It is comfortable to wear, even at night. Attractive looking.

Watch/fitbit is a good size. It measures numerous activties while exercising. Do not like the band, seems to have an odor. The first fitbit sent was dead on arrival, but quickly replaced by Best Buy.

I've had Fitbit for years and this new advanced smartwatch is awesome! It has more features that are excellent. Only think I don't like is that I can't use stretch bands on this. I would recommend this watch to everyone.

Excellent fit watch, easily tracks my heart rate when I sleep and on the go!

I've had Fitbits for many years and just replaced my Versa 3, my wife already has this model so now we both do. It takes a little getting used to but similar enough to other models. I get a rash from the rubbery band it comes with so I switched it immediately to a cloth one.

It's just what I was looking for. I needed the heart rate & EKG features for my heart problems. I have only had it for a month, but they both seem to be pretty accurate. Like all the choices offered for watch bands & the thickness of the watch. It doesn't stick out from my arm like so may smart watches do. Has been a good purchase for me.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The band took some time getting use too, will be buying the leather or fabric one when the price comes down, that said the watch is worth the price, just hope no glitches in the future, only had a month, more features than I previously read about, so yes its a great buy, keeps you motivated to be the best (healthwise) you can be!

Very disappointed at how the Sense 2 has been watered down seemingly to promote the new Pixel. They removed features without advertising to the Fitbit loyal that they were doing so. This is essentially a cash grab at 300 bucks, and I plan on returning this device and sticking to my original Sense which is for all intents and purposes a superior device - albeit a little slower UI and without the all day stress sensor (which , who cares ?). They curiously removed the shore detection feature (which by the way is a feature you pay for as a premium user) and I only found this out from another reviewer and confirmed with Fitbit. Their rationale was due to “battery draining issues” with the feature, but why not allow users to just turn it off instead of completely removing it? This was a valuable feature especially for someone with sleep apnea that could use this feature to potentially save and extend their life - terrible business decision and half baked implementation. Top this off with no google assistant for either the foreseeable future or ever, questionable on google maps/Wallet, disabled wifi and mic, etc - and you have a product that was not very well though out . I’m not sure what the pixel has in store, but this has put an incredibly bad taste in my mouth with the way Google handled this Fitbit takeover. I suspect they will lose a good portion of the Fitbit faithful to Apple Watch and Samsung.

I got this initially because ive been having issues with my heart rate. It helps keep me aware and offers tools to help me get my heart rate down. I really enjoy it!

This Fitbit watch has been handy to my appearance, my health, and gave me a new outlook on not being afraid of technology..

Bought to replace my old Fitbit, works great. Does a great job recording sleep, steps, and heart rate zones. The band was a little thick for my wrist, but I was able to get a replacement one that looks more like jewelry that I really like.

It works great.. My only complaint is that they took away the audio controls but other than that.. all the features and everything work great.

Very Satisfied. Battery life is great. Very user friendly. Everything that you need from a fitness tracker the Sense 2 has. I love that you can take calls as well.

Does a lot more than I expected. Great instrument for tracking exercise. However the young man that set it up for me didn't say 10 words to us the whole time. It took an appointment to Geek Squad to fully understand how to use it.
