    I wish I stayed with my Sense because there’s not much difference with the Sense 2. However, it does the same as my Sense, so for that I’d give it an extra star. I’d recommend it, if you don’t have a Sense.

    i ended up taking it back. the watch was comfortable and the perfect size. the heart rate sensor was not accurate at all. i compare it to a chest strap and it is quite a bit low. the fitbit app is the only app the watch will interact with directly so i couldn't have my heartrate in my snowboard app for example.

    This is my 3rd Fitbit watch. The first one I had was great. I got it when they first came out. Then my husband got me a Versa, and now Sence 2. After getting the Versa I thought I had carpal tunnel surgery , which didn't help. Not thinking it could be from wearing the watch. I quit wearing that on because a sensor in it went bad. Stopped having issues with my wrist and hand. Wore the Sense 2 one night and all the issues have come back

    No real warranty be careful

    Worst decision. I was using garmin before and every year the watch stopped working and they sent a new one with no issues. I decided to try another brand to avoid this. This has been a real nightmare!!! After 8 months of regular use my sense2 start loosing battery after one day of charge. The sensor for the heart rate is not working and when I contacted warranty the only thing they said is “if the manual said some features reduce battery that’s it ” they can’t do anything so I’m stuck with a watch that only shows me the time if I touch the button and that’s it. Because Fitbit warranty (5 different people) said that’s the way you need to use the watch if you read the manual I mean all The other features ALL reduces battery and you need the battery of course. Is insane I can’t believe it. Of course I will never purchase a Fitbit in my life. Is a scam.

    On the plus side, the watch has lots of great sensors and tracking fitness. On the other hand, there are no true *smart* functions. No 3rd party apps can be installed which limits there functionally and hobbles it to nothing more than a fitness tracker. A tracker where 95% of the same functions could be had for less than 1/3 the cost.

    What a bummer! This is my second purchase buying a “Fitbit. The second one from BB. Unfortunately, It stopped working. After several attempts to reset, Fitbit, no longer works. Maybe, it’s time to upgrade-to an Apple Watch?

    Too soft vibrations

    The alarm vibration for alarms is too soft even on the “strong” setting. I can’t feel it even sitting at my desk, much less waking me up in the morning. The notifications are hit and miss if they show up. I’m going back to a versa.

    I do not like a monthly fee when after i just payed $200 for a watch that should have all the bell &whistles come with it , that’s why i returned it to store.

    Do not buy Fitbit from retailer! The Fitbit company will not accept a return or exchange if not purchased directly from them. I even had my receipt and all parts; it was only 2 months old and quit working completely with all kinds of troubleshooting. Google has purchased this company and it is a MESS! Previously I have loved Fitbit. I have had great experiences for 7 + years with lots of help and even returned an item successfully. Not now!

    Sales Tax Mistake

    The item is fine. The fact that I was charged sales tax 2.5 weeks after I made the purchase is an issue. A mistake was made by Best Buy in not charging the proper tax and I should not have had to pay it weeks after the fact because of Best Buy’s incompetence.

    Ever since Google took over this company The software has been written by a 5-year-old You will be lucky if you could read the time half the time wearing this thing. You can never speak to the assistant You will never be able to get Bluetooth connection working right And the watch will glitch on you at least once a month.... Thanks to the reject engineers at work at Google.

    Do not buy the sense 2. The metal bands on the back fall off. If your watch is 1 day past the warranty, Fitbit won’t replace it. Check the fitbit chat. Fitbit is losing customers.

    I have had this less than 24 hrs and have had nothing but frustration. I've deleted app and device, reinstalled, been on live chat for over an hour and I still have serious issues. I plan to return ASAP.
