Avoid this one at all cost

In my opinion I like the Fitbit watch I like all its features but I'm very disappointed that after having to watch for a short bit. That the battery life and quality is very very poor. Now when charging it gets hot it charges to 100% And then is completely dead within a half an hour. There aware of the battery issue and have admitted that they have problems with them. So if you don't mind throwing your money away for watch that last for a very short bit be my guest .I feel it's important to let people know that shortly after them purchasing their watch they will have problems with it . I have had mine for about 6 months. I have the Fitbit sense2

    Glad I switched

I chewed on the idea of switching from my Apple Watch back to Fitbit for a while- I even wore both for a time (though I was wearing my old Fitbit). You cannot beat Fitbit's accuracy, especially with fitness and steps, and that is really important to me. But I also wanted something that would give me notifications (not many, mind you) and something that would measure and track my heart rate and rhythm. I'm really glad I tried the Fitbit Sense 2. It does everything I need it to, and it doesn't overestimate or underestimate my steps. It doesn't annoy me by notifying me of every little thing. I actually feel my notifications again. It fits nice, too. Honestly, I barely notice it. The EKG capability isn't the most sensitive, but it works. And you really cannot beat the battery life. I can sleep with my Fitbit, and I don't have to charge it every night. I maybe charge it once every four days. If you're on the fence about which smart watch to choose, I highly recommend trying this one. It won't break the bank. Does it have every feature that Apple or Garmin offers, no. But you're also not paying the Apple or Garmin price tag. I get everything I need from this watch without missing anything from the Apple Watch, and I gained so much more just from the sleep tracking and battery alone.

Definite upgrade to my older Sense

This Fitbit replaced an older Sense 2, and has performed very well. It may be my last Fitbit, only because I may switch to another brand that will easily sync with my other devices by that manufacturer. This model holds a charge much longer than my old one. I do miss a few of the widgets that was on my old model, but it was not a deal-breaker when I decided on this model. Other than missing widgets, I do not have any complaints on this model; it has performed as described. Thank you.

I only gave it a four-star rating because nothing's perfect. I originally purchased this item to monitor my heart rate. Once I purchased it and started navigating it I realized how beneficial a few of the other features it offers are. For me it meets my needs and Over all im satisfied with my purchase!

I replaced a Versa2 from 6 years ago with this one. The main reason was to get the heartrate monitor notification. It does notify you but you have to go looking for it. I ASSUMED it would have an alarm or at least vibrate to notify you, but it doesn't. It lets you set the parameter for notification and that seems hopeful, But, you will never know unless you go to the app and search. Worthless!!! Should have saved my money and waited for the original one to quit.

I purchased this after deciding to go with fitbit with batteries that last for 6 days. Then I used tge versa 2 for a few years. I upgraded to the versa charge, too small. Then to the versa 3, had trouble with the display not appearing with movement. Then got the sense 2. Had display problems with it until I changed the clock face in the gallery. I use the ekg function frequently and I like the relax app which helps focus on breathing. I like the sleep app so when I wake up early I look at the amount of good sleep I had and decide whether to try to go back to sleep or call it good. I use the alarms and frequently the timer. The timer helps me to remember I have water running in case I get distracted or take food from the oven. The gps is nice now as it tells me the actual miles I walked. I have the premium membership which is frre with my heath insurance plan.

This Sense 2 does all bio-metrics that anyone needs. It keeps good records and tracks everything well. Easy to configure and takes a beating where others do not. Extremely pleased with the Smartwatch.

Just bought this to replace my Versa 2, which I loved. I love the Sense2 with a few exceptions. With the Versa,, the Face was much easier to read. With this new one, so much information is placed on the “home” screen that it’s difficult to see the individual numbers. Otherwise it’s awesome.

Don't waste your time or money like I did

I can't recommend this product or Fitbit less. Purchased this watch in May. It has never worked properly. glitchy in that the screen would sometimes freeze, the stairs were never properly counted, and while running the watch would freeze or stop working as well as never being accurate with the amount of miles I have run. I contacted Fitbit after about two weeks of noticing the issues and trying different fixes. I got the generic check for updates, restart the device, sync the device, change the clock face, and finally lets reboot it all together. After a couple more weeks and still the same issues I contacted them again and was told an update was coming and I should wait for that. The third time was absolutely so horrendous I don't think I could ever purchase a Fitbit product again. The agent on chat would stop messaging for long period and I would have to ask if someone was still there, they would give short vague responses, and never addressed my issues. Finally just said looks like you've tried everything warranty will contact you with a solution within the day. Welp, NINE days later I had to call in. I was told the best we can do is you send us your device and when we get it we'll send you a new one, the whole process could take 2-3 weeks. I tried to ask for other options as I am 1 month out from a half marathon, but nope its either this or nothing Fitbit was 100% unsympathetic to my situation which their device has put me in and the trouble I have gone through since the beginning. Its clear that this issue isn't due to a lemon device, as my husband received a Sense 2 for father's day and has had all the same issues that I have had. When you look at the message boards on the community page its a slew of the same problems. On top of that I can't say that Fitbit is going to be putting much effort into their devices as Google is pushing their Pixel products over Fitbit.

    Not very accurate

I've had really good experience with past Fitbit models, so I was very excited to own this device. I was particularly interested in the heart rate monitor and ECG features. Unfortunately, the ECG feature worked sporadically with an Error/restart device message; restarting the device caused me to lose unsynchronized data. Also, the heart rate feature was consistently inaccurate, which I proved when I wore the device during a stress test. The heart rate on the device was 17 beats lower at peak than the doctor's EKG equipment. When I wore both my new and old Fitbits at the same time during exercise, the different was 10-12 beats lower than my old Fitbit. During low or resting heart rate periods, the device appeared pretty accurate. That said, I liked the look, feel, and on-device phone calls. However, I had to return it because the accuracy of the device to me is more important than the rest of the bells and whistles.

Great Health-Focused Smartwatch with Room to Grow

I've been using the Fitbit Sense 2 for a few weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed. The health tracking features are top-notch—especially the stress management tools, heart rate monitoring, and sleep insights. The watch is super lightweight and comfortable, and the battery lasts me almost a full week, which is a huge plus. What I appreciate most is how it keeps me mindful of my daily wellness, not just steps or calories. That said, I do wish it supported more third-party apps or had music controls. Also, some features need Fitbit Premium, but I found the trial period useful to decide if it’s worth it. Overall, if you're looking for a fitness and wellness watch more than a smartwatch, this is a solid choice.

Best watch ever! Not bulky, easy to use with your choice of face image and user preferences on what's displayed for quick access (ie; Alexa, stopwatch, etc.). Long battery life, and i live that it tracks my sleep and calories. I'm an elite personal trainer that does body building competitions, and recommend this to my clients.

    Sense 2

I was due for an upgrade with my fitness tracker/watch. I previously had the FitBit Charge 2. I researched fitness watches earlier in the year and saw the FitBit Sense 2 was most likely going to be released this year, so I waited for it to be announced and then pre-ordered it. I chose the Sense 2 because I liked the features and the battery life. I wanted the fitness and health features and the phone/text notifications. I also like the sleep mode feature, which keeps the screen dark while sleeping. That was my biggest issue with the Charge 2 along with the phone/text notifications not being reliable. I looked at Apple Watch 8, but the battery life isn’t as good as Sense 2 and I didn’t want all the smartphone app stuff. The price is in line with a lot of the newer tech, but getting a $50 BestBuy eGiftCard for pre-ordering offset the cost a bit. I wish FitBit would have let you pick which band color you want, but of the three options, the Blue Mist was my favorite. It actually was more blue than it appears on photos, which was a positive for me. It matches my Sierra Blue iPhone 13 Pro, so that’s cool. The band style is not my favorite and I prefer the Charge 2 style which had a more traditional watch band style. This one can leave marks on your wrist and might rub your skin if you make it too tight. I use the small band on the third hole and my wrist is about 7” around.
