The watch is great. The customer service was fabulous.

I switched to fitbit because its cheaper and works just as good. The hr is pretty accurate to the ones at the doctors. I recommend the versa 4

Versa 4 features and some minor issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the newer features that the Versa 4 provides, however, my older Charge device I was hoping that my long-time trend data would still be there, however most of it wasn't :(. So, I did extract/archive it before I got this newer device. Also, I did notice that the battery level % indicator stops at 53% and will stay that way for a couple of days and then just dies. Not a good indicator at all.

They also have small and large bands in the package when you buy it. I didn't see that mentioned in the watch information.

Decent Watch, Don't Buy Into the Add-ons

But I would stay away from FitBit Premium. Most of its features can be found with minimal web searching on places like YouTube.

Sticking with Versa

Old watch took a beating but kept working even after wiping out on a water slide! New one has good battery life, better bands now (easier to swap out). Husband has Apple Watch, which is really nice, but I think the Versa is a way better value!
