Very disappointed with this model. I brought it for my husband and it didn't keep data accurately. It didn't track the heart rate accurately, or the active minutes as well as calorie burns. I didn't take out a warranty with bestbuy. I contacted Fitbit and informed them of my issues ... they were able to verify the defect and sent us another because it failed to work right within the first 30 days. The replacement they sent worked for a week and than same defect started to occur. Too much money to be so defective. Would not recommend you buy this versa

Good product. 1st one required call to Fitbit to determine defective, had to wait 3 days for replacement but happy now.

I've had my Fitbit Versa for less than a week. It has nice features but unfortunately it has too many cons. The screen has started to flicker and I've noticed the stats are inaccurate. Seems to be defective and I'm really disappointed.

Purchased the fitbit versa to replace a malfunctioning charge 2 that only lasted a year. After 2 weeks the versa power button quit responding. Called fitbit was told that the versa was defective. Do NOT BUY!! I had fitbit for 4 years now and it appears that quality as greatly decreased.

I got this watch in July, and the HR monitor went out on me the end of December. What's worse is I bought a 2-yr Best Buy warranty, but they no longer offer warranties on ANY Fitbit device! That says a lot to me about Fitbit, yikes! So, yes, the watch is pretty and only decently accurate on counting steps but honestly it has a lot of defects and seems to be unreliable- except for the time. I am so bummed about this! And I've read reviews about Fitbit having horrible customer service, so even with 1-yr manufacturers warranty, it still makes me squeamish and uncertain about getting another. Buyers beware.

This product has failed hardware and software-wise over the past 6 months. The wristband constantly breaks and the software registers thousands of steps even when I am sitting at my desk. Now the battery is lasting only 6 hours. This is the 3d replacement that Fitbit has sent me. I had the same problem with their flagship product of last year, the Fitbit Surge. The Surge fiasco of being a defective product that Fitbit would not stand behind will drive all of us to other brands. Apple Watch and Garmin seem to be the leading favorites. Why would a company not stand behind its Flagship product. The Versa and Surge cost close to $250 dollars. Once they recognized it was defective they should have refunded us our money. Instead they drove us onto the wrists of the competition. $250 is cheap to acquire a new customer or keep a loyal customer. What is the customer retention department in Fitbit thinking? Ouch, we be most unhappy Fitbit Flagship product fail!
