    The Versa works well would definitely recommend; however, will admit setup was a little annoying as it took FOREVER and several tries to sync and connect to WiFi, occasionally it has issues with 'all day sync' which (sometimes) is due to an update for the app or your mobile device or you just need to restart the watch; otherwise great watch without the Apple Watch price tag

    Good...but have problems with cardio and wifi

    I bought this watch because of the heart monitor and to listen to music in the watch. Comparing with the apple watch in terms of cost benefit, it seemed to be a good purchase. I'm a little frustrated because the heart monitor and Wifi does not work so well. For example, I do not use the watch sometimes and even so it counts my heartbeat. =( The wifi does not work well to sync the Deezer songs. I This is a common complaint in the fitbit community. I've never been able to sync over WiFi even following everything the community said. It looks like they launched a fast product without testing correctly.

    DO NOT BE SOLD ON THE MUSIC FEATURE. The Fitbit Connect app for MAC does not support or see the Versa on WiFi. Spent over 36 hours trying to get answers/figure it out, to no avail. Rest of the tracker is fine....but not worth the money if you're looking to sync music from MAC.

    Stopped Syncing After 24 hrs

    I purchased this Fitbit Versa on Sunday and by Monday at 5 PM it would no longer sync to my Galaxy S8 Edge. I tried resetting my WiFi, resetting the Versa, and re-downloading the app and nothing seemed to get the Versa to pair back with my phone. It is a nice watch but I will be returning it. Also, with most of the compatible apps (i.e. Pandora, Deezer) you must have a paid subscription to use with the watch. Super inconvenient. Wish that I would have paid the extra for an actual smart watch.

    This is my second Fitbit and I love it. It was a little bit difficult to get it set up and to stay sync to my phone daily but I got it to stay and it has been doing great. The only problem I am having is when I put music on my Fitbit I cannot get my wireless headphones to work. They will work for about a minute and then show that there is not headphones connected and I cannot get them to reconnect or stay connected so I still have to use my iPod when working out and I wish I did not have to do that. That is one reason I got the Fitbit is to have my music. But I love it.

    Keeps losing WiFi connection

    I've had this for a few months and was thrilled with it at the beginning. But in the last month, I've had to reset it (and lose all of my data) three times because it won't sync to any of my devices, and is not linked to WiFi. What's worse is that when it finally did connect again, it was totally random and I've no idea what I did that got it to work. I just reset it to factory settings on Sunday and it's Thursday and it's not syncing again. I've had two Fitbit Charges and one Alta and I've never had theses problems. Would definitely not recommend this product.

    I was excited to get a blaze but saw they were being replaced by the Versa. I purchased one and brought it back inside 2 weeks. Could never get it to connect to any of 4 different Wi-Fi networks. Couldn't get the faces to work at all. As far as I could tell it was just a piece of junk so I returned it and got my money back. I would like to get a larger fitbit but may try and find a used Blaze, since they seem to have worked better.

    There are a few things I like and a few I dont. Some I like are the flashlight. Comes in handy. I like the more detailed sleep patterns it gives me and the heart rate monitor. I like I can put a personal pic as a screen image. Things I dont like, I'm going from a alta to a versa so it feels big and gets in the way. I'm not used to a big watch. I'm having trouble connecting my wifi when I'm standing right next to my wifi box. It wont give me me text messages or call notifications even when they are all on. The band is a bit of a struggle to get on and off, mostly cause I was used to the alta band that was an easy snap on off. This one had a buckle so it takes a little longer. I have carpal tunnel so its tougher for me. Other than that its just ok.
