    Only downside is that I cannot sync my Apple iPhone with the quick reply feature. Other than that, it's definitely worth it

    I really like the Versa. It has tons of customizable watch faces and allows you to reply to text messages. The only problem is you can not see the message you are replying to, you can just reply with a few standard responses or a custom response.

    This watch lacks so much you that you would get with a samsung watch. No Gps, very limited with notification replies and lacks alot of interaction for a device at that price. very nice fitment on man though but almost too big for sport use.

    I totally love my Fitbit versa! Nice fit and looks nice. Just for Apple users it won't let you reply through the watch. Only android phones will do that.

    Love that I chose to upgrade to the versa however the information online misled my purchase. I thought you could send prewritten quick replies but I cannot. Thought I could listen to pandora on my watch but it forces me to upgrade to premium services. So no quick replies, no music. .....9The whole reason I upgraded

    I chose this watch over the the Apple Watch for only one reason. The shortcut keys. I still get all notifications, I can answer/decline my calls. As a teacher it's perfect. I hate that I can't reply to messages, not even an "okay".

    This is a great product. Lots of customizable display options. 4+ day battery life. Sure--you can't reply to messages on the screen face--but I find it hard to read text that size anyway, so I don't know how much I'd use that feature. And the price is very good.

    great watch. easy to set up. love the colored band options. best part is I actually get up to move when it prompts me because I want to see the cute animation. NOTE: the reply to text messages do not work with iphone users. But they are working on an app for that.

    I bought two of these. One was a gift for my little brother and the other was a gift for my husband. My brother and husband don't use the music feature on the watch, so I can't really speak on that. They love the heart rate feature of the watch, it's pretty accurate as well. My brother has tried the GPS on the watch, he says it'sn't as accurate as he would want. Also if you live the boonies and like to run in the woods, there's a chance the GPS on the watch won't work. My husband uses the text messaging feature and loves it! He's a busy man and doesn't always have his phone on him. He's able to screen his text messages on his watch and reply to the urgent ones. He doesn't like the reply feature on the watch; the feature is limited and the watch is tiny. My husband isn't a huge man, but he's decently big. The watch is so tiny, it looks like a spec of dust on his wrist. @@@@@@@@ Exaggerating a little bit, but you get the idea. @@@@@@@ On the other hand, the watch fits perfectly on my 16 year old brother. Overall it's a good watch.

    Did Not Meet My Expectation

    I was very eager to receive my watch. But after having it for a day it is not all like Fitbit made it seem. The only reason I purchased this watch was because my Samsung Gear stopped working. I thought this new Fitbit was going to be like my Samsung Gear. So wrong. If you have an Android you can not reply to text messages or reject/accept incoming calls. Only ones that can reject/accept calls are individuals with an Iphone. But they also can not reply to text messages. My old watch would notify me when it sensed no movement in over 30 minutes. This watch doesn't do that either. It is neat you can watch workout videos, track your calories, and steps. Other than that I give it a thumbs down.

We've run another review on this email address, we're able to locate your Fitbit account and see that your device successfully synced today, June 4th at 3:34 PM using your iOS device. So that we can document your case properly, may we ask what type of airpods are you using? As we've contacted our team regarding this case, we'd like to set proper expectation that our device's volume can't control when using an Apple Airpods. Should you wish to use this feature on your device, we do suggest using our Fitbit Flyer which is currently not available on our website https://www.fitbit.com/shop/flyer. I purchased the Versa with the understanding that I would be able to listen to music as I exercise. Little did I know that I would need to purchase your exclusive wireless earphones. I feel that this should be part of the advertising, or at least noted on your website and the package detailing. I had tried two other brands of wireless earphones and experienced terrible Bluetooth connection while walking outside, despite resetting the Versa a number of times. The Bluetooth connection was good with the Apple Airpods; however, I had to deal with ear-piercing sound. Unfortunately, I'm left with no other choice but to post a negative review of your product. My recommendation - spend the extra money and purchase an Apple watch.
