Great machine to maintain tone and keep moving

I found it This product is Very quiet, my coworkers sitting next to me don't even notice nor hear a thing when I start pedaling Easy and quick to assemble (it took me less than 30 minutes) Well packaged out of the box Sturdy pedal straps LCD monitor is removable and can be extended to be placed on top of a desk for display

Great way to exercise while on my computer!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product so I could get more exercise while I was on my computer, and it has exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to set up - they provided all the tools needed. And since I started using it about 2 weeks ago I've found I can comfortably peddle nearly all the time on online. On average I've been burning nearly 1000 calories a day with it. The only caution is that the desk my computer is on was a little low for using this device (I'm over 6 feet) as my knees would hit the underside of the desk, but with a set of bed risers I got from The Container Store it is now perfect.
