The product is nice, but after 7 day trail, you must subscribe to a $69.00 annual membership in order to get the full details about yout vehicle/s. They got a 3 star because they don't tell you you need to have membership upfront.

It works pretty good. It doesnt have instructions. Only on how to set it up so it took a while to figure out the basics. If you just need something thats quick to install and just give basic info on whats wrong, then this works great. One thing thats pretty cool is you can leave it plugged in as long as you start your car every 3 days since it runs off the battery. But for a basic quick check its good

Peace of Mind I have had Fixed a couple weeks. It is a little early to really rate it. I can tell you it was very easy to set up. It was easy to connect it to the car, set it up with my cars info. I don't have a check engine light on so it didn't do anything yet. I hope I will never need it but it offers me a peace of mind, and will save me some money when it is necessary to use. It is easy to download the app, and it requires you to have Bluetooth on your phone. I like that it will tell me if the light is on simply because the gas cap isn't tight, or something I can fix myself, and I won't have to go to a dealer to reset the light. I can do it from the app. This will be very useful.

Really nice device. Gives advice on what repairs need to be done at certain miles. Also gave external tools for any recalls assoicsted with the vechical VIN and provides steps on how to do the recall years later.

This thing is so cool! Just download the app, plug this thing into your car and it runs the diagnostics and tells you exactly what your error code means. Such a cool invention!

I bought this device because my car’s check engine light came on. I used the device to read the error code and it came back with a transmission problem. I took the car to the dealership and they got the same error code. They fixed the problem and I haven’t had any problems since. Great product.

This WILL save you money. I live in MN and our winters get cold. Plugged it into my car after the dreaded check engine light came on. Searched the code that came up with my car. Turns out my car is known for throwing this particular code when it gets MN-winter-cold out. Not knowing what the light was on for could have been a few hundred bucks or more, but when the temp got above negative the light went off. Could have cleared the code, but didn't. Wanted to see if it was correct. It was. It is extremely easy to use as well. It does do its best to upsell you on add-ons though. That is its only downside.

Bought this item thought it would read all of my cars just to find it only can connect to one car. Would not recommend this item if you own more than one car. The app keeps freezing and asking you to register even after you done it twice. Do not buy

We used this on a used car before purchasing, after first testing it on a car we had diagnosed by our mechanic. The device reported some of the same issues the mechanic made us aware of, the car we ended up purchasing reported no issues which gave us the reassurance we needed to go ahead with the purchase. We haven't used it since, but we feel we already got our money's worth.

Ok, so we have two cars that are 10 and 18 yrs old, VW and Chrysler. At that age, they're starting to get more and more attention, and believe me, if we could afford do keep running to the mechanic we'd just buy new darn cars, ya know? Not to mention all the carless downtime old cars engender... Both cars were showing check engine. Needed to figure out whether/which was the most urgent to repair, so we wouldn't be completely stranded (and broke). Fixd helped us determine the issue in VW that's 10yo, and with some extra hours of research online, plus an aftermarket part, those repairs were much less costly that if we'd just taken it straight to the mechanic. Saved at least $600 on that car thanks to this device. The 18yo minivan was a harder read. Every time Fixd attached it shows a laundry list of codes, that seems different than the previous results. So... Three stars for what it helped with, and leaving off two stars because it's not helping at all on second vehicle. Also, it doesn't reset dash warnings.

Purchased this to diagnose a check engine light in my vehicle. Then I realized that to get better details on the diagnosis I had to pay or join some type of subscription. Good product. But thought it was better to just go into my local auto zone and get a free diagnostic of engine lights .

This is a great device to help you diagnose and fix your car. It will read codes and send an email with the most likely fixes, in order of most likely to lesser likely. This device helped me avoid a $2300 dealership bill with a $25 part that was easily installed by my son. I definitely recommend this to any car owner.
