    Product is great but customer service is painfully slow as I never got a fix on problem after 15 emails back & forth. Next to impossible to get phone help so problem festered for over two weeks without a solution from tech help.

    took a long time to get it to do its thing then it didn't speed my computer up at all. So overall it was a worthless purchase

    I use Norton’s and have for years. We were having an issue with a slow running laptop. Found a few viruses. The laptop seems to be running better. Overall, a very reasonably priced item that works as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone!
