    I really enjoy my lap top it has 1 TB of ram which is more than enough its very unique in style and color very fast to connect downloads are fantastic I really enjoy the staff at Best Buy they help you find what you,re looking for you feel very comfortable when you make your purchase.

    Did not work! Don’t get this one. It’s a waste of money. Scan took 20 minute just to initialize then 8 seconds to complete where the report stated 0 of 0 files scanned. E-mail to their site where they stated they would respond within 24 hours went unanswered for 8 days then only to tell me they were cancelling my help request. Not a good solution!

    I bought the fix me stick thinking it would fix the problems my computer has. I don't think it worked as well as i was hoping for.

    does not work on my Dell XPS laptop with windows 11. I tried several times and it would never complete a scan. I got a long email message from their support to reformat the stick and download a new os, it was way to complicated for me. so I just gave up on it

    The product is rather haphazard. The scan times are too long and provide no additional information on than the minimum. The number of reboots is ridiculous and may occasion some a false registration response. I would not recommend this product.
