Flipping Death originally got my attention due to its unique art style, but that's not all it has going for it. This is a fun adventure game with some challenging puzzles and features a lot of humor and voice acting. Each of the several stages could take you upwards of an hour to finish, and thankfully if you ever get stuck you can use the optional picture hints about what to do next. There are also a few challenges in each stage that unlock collectible "ghost cards" for the numerous characters in the game, and figuring out the challenges were some of my favorite parts. The game is not super long, but it does not overstay its welcome and ends at a good point. The only negatives I would mention is that the story is just okay, the humor can be dated at times, a few of the challenges have really obtuse clues, and those not used to adventure style games may find it repetitive.

This is a offbeat adventure game with a likeable main character, a fun art style, interesting puzzles and unique gameplay. It's a 6-7 hour jaunt that is a nice break from weightier RPGs or shooters. Definitely recommend it as a fun change if pace.

Help Penny on her adventure through the afterlife solving puzzles, posses the living, and give death the chance to go on vacation. Beautiful designed world and character art fits perfect with this puzzle adventure platformer.

If you like puzzle games then Flipping Death is for you! I've really enjoyed this one so far. It's weird...it's funny...and I love that! The two sided mechanic is pretty cool and makes the puzzles that much more interesting. The difficulty is just right as well.

This is a very goofy game. It's got a Tim Burton meets Psychonauts vibe. The game, however, plays more like an adventure game with the platforming gameplay merely being used to get you to & from to solve the puzzles hindering your progression.

basically your job as the temporary grim reaper is to help the deceased pass on by completing a last request such as getting a murderer caught or painting someones boat, but you can only do this by possesing people and moving them around. fun little adventure puzzle game

This game is like playing a Tim Burton movie. Excellent visuals and voice acting. Clever gimmick switching between the land of the living and land of the dead to solve puzzles. Nice music. If you have a kind of dark and twisted sense of humor you'll love this game.

Nice mix between humor and darkness. There was a fun narrative and serious undertone which was blended well. It was just fun and quirky and a great deal! Very interesting and refreshing play mechanics as well. Enjoy!

This game is interesting at it's core but it couldn't hold my attention for long. I like the art style and the humor but the game play itself felt lacking in depth. Most of the puzzles felt like I was just running around slamming random objects together and hoping I'd progress the story. I didn't feel like I was solving much and it felt more like I was a collector who was setting what things matched together. I guess this is old school point and click logic?

Flipping death can keep you playing longer than you expected. Its hard to get the hang of it at the beginning but once you do you its very entertaining. Solving mysteries is where its at.
