    I bought this for a Christmas present and had it delivered to my home. When my sister opened the original shipping package, the mat was broken on the edge. Also, the little spikes on the bottom of the mat do not hold it in place, and her carpet is not all that thick. It was tightly rolled up, and she is still putting objects on the edge to try to straighten it.
