    Great Mouse

I've been an all Zowie guy for the longest time. Saw this mouse and noticed it's a mixture of the EC series and ZA series. Has the ergonomics of the EC series while having the ledges of the ZA series for picking up the mouse. If you love ambidextrous mice, this is for sure a top go to pick. Scroll wheel is fantastic, matte black coating is fantastic on the top of the mouse while the actual grips on the sides AREN'T SLIPPERY (take note steelseries and razer), clicks are crisp, mouse feet are HUGE and provide great glide and control, very flexible rubber cable, and like they say on the box, it's literally built like a tank. There's really nothing that I can gripe about. Still keeping the mouse at 98g and having the build quality that it has is amazing. TLDR : Went to Best Buy to try my first FNATIC mouse, ended up absolutely loving it and replacing my ZA11 with it. PS : Thank you Best Buy for finally expanding to E-Sport organizations peripherals and having FNATIC gear in stores now!

The Fnatic Flick 2 is no ordinary mouse, so you need to read the user guide – it’s nicely done in just a few pages. It is more expensive but it provides capabilities that make it well worth the price. First is the super-solid construction. It is full size and fits very comfortably in your hand (if you want a little bit larger and slightly different shape look into Fnatic’s Clutch 2 mouse. If you are used to a smaller mouse with a very slick surface, you will be very pleased with the much nicer soft-like finish on this mouse and how it fits your palm so well– terrific. It is light weight as well and very smooth. You also have a full 2 year parts & labor warranty. Even the packaging is deluxe and mine came in perfect condition. It will work fine for regular everyday usage but will shine in games. You may note that when you first use the mouse for everyday type functions that you’ll have to adjust the speed. Turn the ‘enhance pointer precision’ off or it may be too slow also. Both of these settings are found in your Windows mouse settings. You can also affect the speed by your choice of profile and configured settings on the mouse itself. However, the best way to adjust mouse settings including light colors is with the Fnatic OP app. You can get it here: https://fnatic.com/gear/op/ Note that they are continuing to enhance the app; you can set all the three profiles up for the mouse and switch profiles as well from the app. Install the app and take a look, you’ll love it. The OP app also handles Fnatic keyboard profiles and parameters. By the way the Fnatic Streak Keyboard has a USB slot to plug mouse into – very convenient if you have both devices. You have the full array of buttons including forward and back (which I love) and also a button to change mouse profiles of which you can configure three. You might want one profile for everyday computing and use the other two profiles for when you need to manage certain mouse characteristics in games or for certain of your apps. Lift off distance (LOD) is a common one and is exactly what you think i.e. how far can the mouse be above the mouse pad and still track. Gamers want a low lift off number and they move the mouse very fast and precisely when for example they need to reposition the pointer on the screen; if the LOD is too high, then the gamer risks tracking even though they just wanted to reposition. You may also actually want to have different LOD for different mouse pads or different apps you use every day – fun to play around. The mouse comes with 3 default profiles which focus on CPI which you can try. It’s simple to press a button on top to switch profiles. The cursor will move based on the setting for that selected profile. You can edit the profiles to make that profile’s setting what you want for each parameter such as CPI and LOD or lighting. You can reset everything to defaults easily also – very important. The mouse has very nice lighting that is different colors/schemes for each profile and you can change the colors/schemes in the OP app. So for everyday use you can find the right settings for you and you can alter the mouse characteristics for your best gaming advantage. I am using this one mostly for everyday use and its soft feel and perfect size for me make it my favorite. Sometimes I even switch profiles because that day I feel different. I highly recommend this mouse. The price is small for the technology and quality you get.

    My Favorite Mouse

This mouse is slightly smaller than your average gaming mouse, which might be a con for some people, but I have super-small hands, and this fits my palm and feels like a dream. It seems solidly made with enough heft to feel sturdy, but not so much that you'll be fatigued after extended use. the lights add a fun touch, but you can disable them in the setting if you're going for something a little more low-key. I usually keep two mouses (meece? mice?)- one for every day and one for gaming, but The Flick 2 makes it easy to set up three profiles and switch between them on the fly so I only need one mouse. Initial installation is plug-and-play, but to really unlock the power of this mouse you need to download the software. Being wired, there's no lag, and the mouse is extremely accurate. In addition to using this as a gaming mouse, I also find that with the right settings it works well for photo and video editing.

It’s 2020 and the software still does not allow me to run macro as a loop while pressing down the button. Logitech, Steelseries and Corsair have had this feature so many years ago. Also, my right click button is loose, if I put my finger on it but not press it down, it still has noise. It feels like cheap plastic.

The left mouse button stopped working correctly after 3 weeks. Best buy was kind enough to take the return, though FNATIC would have charged shipping to return it (after 3 weeks). I ended up returning it, and purchasing a different mouse from Best Buy.

    Underrated gaming mouse

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I've been using this mouse for a few weeks now and have been pleasantly surprised. The mouse fits well into my hand and I can game at a high level with it. For reference, I tend to play FPS games and at a medium sensitivity (800dpi, 2 sensitivity in CS:GO for example). I also play COD Warzone and Valorant with it. I was initially a bit hesitant to try this because I thought it might be a little too heavy (around 100g), but you do not notice the weight at all when playing with it like you would with a brick such as the Logitech G502. The RGB is pretty understated. Only the scroll wheel and Fnatic logo on the front left light up. There is also a small LED indicator that shows which profile you are using right above the side clicks, which I like. It is controlled by the DPI/Profile select button right underneath the scroll wheel. The bottom of the shell is an orangish yellow, but it's not the same yellow as the default RGB which is a little strange. It doesn't bother me, though. There is Fnatic software to control the lighting, dpi, etc. but I have not needed to use it. The main clicks are somewhat stiff for being Omron 50m switches. I'm not a fan of Omron 50m as they tend to suffer from double-clicking over time, so we'll see how this one holds up in the months to come. So far, so good. the scroll wheel is great for gaming and has well-defined steps. It is, however, a bit stiff and slow to move much like Zowie's mice so it's not the best for web browsing or scrolling through long documents. The side clicks are good with a bit of pre-travel, but not as bad as some other mice I've used. The back side button has a little more pre-travel than the front, like my Zowie EC series mice that I own. The mouse feet are massive, thick and provide a smooth glide. This is great especially for those that do not use a mousepad or use a hard pad as that tends to wear down mouse feet faster. The sensor is the flawless PixArt PMW3360, which is one of the best sensors currently available on the market. Lift-off distance is very low and it will not spin-out no matter how hard you "flick" it. The cable is a standard rubber cable, which is a little disappointing as most gaming mice have been coming with shoelace style paracord-esque cables. I use it in a bungee and I don't really notice it very much. Even with the small issues I've mentioned, I love this mouse and it greatly exceeded my expectations. If I ever end up having any issues, I'll report back. For now, I highly recommend this.

The Fnatic Flick2 Mouse Offers Great Grip& Comfort

Like many other gaming mouse the Fnatic Flick2 is primarily black plastic mouse with a yellow/orange underside. It has three logo markings in total, one of which is on the inner left side, lights up with various RGB colors like the wheel and the arch crease on the left that has three lit zones that show the current profile of the mouse. The lights are very attractive and although you are not able to dictate what lights you do get( unless you download and use the Fnatic OP software), you can easily set the light intensity within each profile. The mouse feels naturally comfortable within the hand and as I used it more I encountered no issues. It has three buttons in total, one behind the wheel that changed the profiles and the other two , one for forward and the other for backward were found on the left side behind the lit logo. Each button provided a satisfying click and was very responsive with no lag. It offers adjustable cpi/dpi up to 12000CPI with 1000cpi jumps/drops and is one of the most responsive gaming mice I have used. I tested it with a couple first person player games and platformers and generally it seems like an all-around great mouse to use for multiple gaming types. I would definitely recommend this mouse as well as using it with Fnatic Op which unlocks more customization for the mouse.

Honestly I don't think Fnatic gets enough credit for their stuff. They are producing high quality items at a reasonable price. I can't speak on their headsets, but they're keyboards and mice are top notch for the price. I have tried both the Flick 2 and the Clutch 2, both have great build quality and are very comfortable. The Clutch is a little bit bigger but very comfortable. If you are on the fence between the two of them, the Clutch is very similar to the Death Adder. It is great but I don't consider it to be as quick as the Flick for FPS. That's just my opinion though, it's a personal preference thing.

I've owned a lot of gaming mouse through the years and this one is pretty top notch. Simple two buttons mouse wheel/button and two side buttons. The grip is nice (not claw style) and comfortable. Also a button to adjust dpi to your liking. The fnatic software is nice to get your rgb fix going whether it be solid color or a rainbow effect. Simple to use (my first rgb product). This is now my main rig gaming mouse and fits my needs perfectly from mmo to fps. It is corded but that just means to rushing to look for batteries at a crucial moment. I would recommend this product.
